Lake Bacalar

We will wait for you at CASA SIRENA, marina Wild Wave Bacalar, 15 minutes before the tour time. The captain will show up with the group and give the necessary information and instructions to enjoy the experience to the fullest. We'll board one of our sailboats. The adventure begins! We will start our tour by navigating the lagoon of 7 colors, and continue in the direction of the famous Cenote Negro or Cenote de la Bruja (with a depth of 180 meters). Our next stop will be the Pirate Canal. Here you will have enough time to descend and swim in the permitted area. Time to hydrate! We love to spoil them. That is why the captain will wait for you on the boat with a snack with the best seasonal fruits, beers and waters. We continue our journey to the last place before returning to the dock. Bird Island, where swimming in warm and crystal clear water, will make you love Bacalar forever. The experience is not cancelled by rain.

We had a private tour with Irving and Maria and they were great! It started raining heavily at the beginning of the tour, but they reassured us it wouldn’t take long and the tour would be worth it. They were right! <3

We went sailing with Zazil and Cami for a day and it was just lovely. Zazil knows so much about the lagoon and the surrounding area and shares her knowledge in such fantastic manner. The company was very organized, the boat was clean, our group was great. Highly recommend.

We had a great morning with Zazil and Maria. Lots of interesting info on the lagoon and centote with multiple swimming spots in beautiful water. The fruit was also a lovely touch. Would recommend!!

We really enjoyed our sailing tour with Hervé and Karla. By chance we were the only ones on the sailboat! Hervé and Karla were competent and reassuring. The lagoon was superb, the beer and fruit well appreciated! Thank you!

Everything worked great :) the two girls did great, unfortunately the weather did not play along with us but the team can't help it . You have seen all the important places in the tour

We adored our captain, Leo and first mate Maria. While the scenery is stunning they made the experience truly extraordinary with their warmth, local knowledge and hospitality. We went with our two boys aged six and ten and felt very safe and cared for. They had a blast and it was a highlight of our 11 day trip to the Yucatán.

Zazil and Cami were amazing! They gave us an unforgettable Christmas day, with a smooth and pleasant journey, extremely interesting descriptions of the area with some historical background, and a clear deep understanding of the lagoon and its ecology that we all loved learning about. Bonus points for their understanding of the local flora and fauna, which paid off in a huge way when we spotted a Roseate Spoonbill towards the end of the tour! Drinks, fresh fruit, fun in the sun and swimming-if you're looking for a relaxed afternoon seeing the lagoon from a unique perspective, you can't do better than this. Thank you so much!
