Come play in St Petersburg's Coffee Pot Bayou; the only premier location for all levels of paddle boarding. Learn the basic skills of Paddle Boarding while exploring one of the most scenic water ways St Petersburg has to offer. For 2 hours you will glide through the bayou past beautiful downtown architecture and vast array of wildlife. The tour includes a visit to Bird Island Sanctuary were there are over 40 varieties of birds inhabiting the protected island. Don't miss your chance to see Dolphins and Manatees up close. This trip is an informative way to discover why Paddle Boarding is one of the fastest growing recreation today.

You will start with a lesson on how to properly handle the equipment. You will then paddle for 2 hours in Coffee Pot Bayou to Bird Island and view 30 different species of birds up close in their natural habitat. Your tour guide will be sharing the local wildlife as you float along side gorgeous and historic homes and enjoying the vast architectural styles. With some luck you will also be viewing some manatees and dolphins! You will be meeting at Coffee Pot Bayou Park 3099 1st St N 33701, free parking. Tour includes tour guide, 10’6” soft top paddle board, life jacket and bottle water. Strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

We had such a great time on our paddleboard tour! Louisa was fantastic—very communicative, confirmed day-of, and made sure we had clear directions to the meeting spot. She was wonderful with my teenage daughters and shared some fun facts and history about St. Pete and the Coffee Pot Bayou. She came prepared with water and sunscreen and even took some awesome photos of the group, which she shared with us afterward. I really appreciated that she asked for consent before posting anything on social media—a thoughtful and professional touch. We were lucky enough to see several manatees and even a solo dolphin enjoying the inlet. It was also really cool to see Bird Island up close. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, relaxed outing on the water with someone who really knows their stuff!

We had a great time on our paddle board adventure and saw a number of manatees. Doo was friendly and a great guide. She brought sunscreen and water and even took pictures for us.

Louisa was a great guide! Very knowledgeable with both the technique as well as the local wildlife and history. We saw manatees, tarpon and bird island. Would definitely book again!

Doo provides an amazing and informative tour. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife in the area. We saw a manatee, lots of local birds and a dolphin! She also made sure to go at our pace and let us enjoy the outing. I would rebook with Doo and highly recommended her tour!

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and we could tell she really loved and respected the water and wildlife. She was super friendly and even supplied us with waters and sunscreen when needed. Tour was the perfect length. This was the highlight of our trip.

Louisa did a perfect job on our tour! We say plenty of dolphins. We enjoyed going around bird island. Will definitely do this tour again sometime!

I try to squeeze in some SUP wherever I travel if possible, so was delighted to find Doo’s tour on Viator. Although we didn’t see any dolphins this day, Bird Island was amazing and I enjoyed seeing neighborhoods from the water. She did a great job navigating us around, was prepared with water for us to drink as it was July, and took some great pics for me. Would definitely recommend.
