1.00I agreed to a time change well in advance of this tour. Unfortunately I forgot and when I received a notification to check my upcoming tour, the voucher still displayed the original start time. Shame on me for forgetting and shame on Viator for not updating my voucher.

5.00I’m a little late leaving this review as we took the tour October of 2025. Our guide Anthony was amazing! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We had a great experience and enjoyed the tour immensely. We learned quite a bit. I highly recommend this tour.

1.00This tour of St. Chapelle in Paris, #1728051619, was supposed to take place on April 15 at 9:30am. The meeting place was set to be in front of the braserrie Les Deux Palais, opposite the St. Chapelle. A guide would be there with a large sign saying “Walks in Europe”. The meeting time changed to 10:30am and we were there. At 10:30, no guide, no sign, no call. A call to Walks in Europe at 10:45am, got no help and a hangup. We will not pay!

5.00Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history of the chapel and Concierge to life. The pace was thoughtful--we weren't rushed thru nor did we linger too long in any one place. Highly recommend itaking a guided tour for a better understanding of the history, significance and exploration of the sites.
