Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.

Strikes and sudden closures at the Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie may happen, and the Museum may decide to close without prior notice. If this happens, there won't be refund.

Our guide Anthony was simply the best! Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. Learned so much from him, very interesting facts. The other couple in my group had some physical challenges getting around and he couldn’t have been more accommodating or patient. Anthony was the best guide I’ve ever experienced in my travels!

The tour was awesome, so good to skip the queues to these 2 venues. Ste. Chappelle is stunning and the Conciergerie is fascinating. Anthony, our guide, was absolutely outstanding, incredibly knowledgeable, very engaging and just so passionate about French history. He was able to answer any question, his knowledge was incredibly impressive. Was a bit skeptical about the cost of the tour, wasn't cheap, but it was absolutely worth every cent.

Our guide didn’t speak English well which made it very difficult to understand. She also expressed views on religion that I thought weren’t necessary. She also said that the only thing Marie Antoinette was guilty of was having an education and that it was sad she was executed. I didn’t need that editorial.
