  Our driver Victor and tour guide Ramses were awesome! Ramses was very knowledgeable, informative, provided plenty of extra information historical and current. Our tour was in English and Ramses English was excellent. The tour required significant uphill walking and stair climbing on cobblestone streets. I would rate it five on a scale of 1 to 10. Pick up and drop off we're on time. Ramses even took the additional step and provided information via text on restaurants and things to do in the specific area of the city we were staying in.

  Our tour was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. We were able to reach the staff at any time, and all meeting points and arrangements were clearly communicated in advance, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Our guide, Nacho, and our driver, Robert, met our group of 12 right at the exit and immediately helped with our luggage. Both were extremely efficient and professional, making our departure seamless. Nacho was a fantastic guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate. There was no question he couldn’t answer, and you could truly feel how much he cares about Chile’s life, history, culture, and art. The tour itself was very interesting and informative. We visited Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, which we absolutely loved for its beautiful scenery and incredible graffiti with such diverse and meaningful subjects. We also enjoyed a visit to the Indomitable winery, where the wine tasting was a lovely highlight. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was very happy with the tour. At the end of the day, each of us was conveniently dropped off at our respective hotels. We highly recommend this tour—it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Alexander and Vera

  We took the after cruise tour from San Antonio to Santiago, visiting Vina del Mar, Valparaiso and a winery in Casablanca. We had the best guide - Pablo (Pablito). Funny, knowledgeable, not too much talk, very entertaining and warm. Little details like the great music he played in the van can make a big difference from a good tour to a great tour. Also, the tour was very well organized from the port exit to the hotel drop off. Thank you Pablo and Stamp's tour. We highly recommend it.

  We booked a transfer from the port of San Antonio to our hotel in Santiago. Our guide Nacho picked us up at the entrance of the port and with a small group we took off and visited the cities of Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Especially Valparaiso is a nice and colorful place to visit and Nacho showed us some really beautiful places. At the end of our visit we enjoyed a lovely lunch with the group at a cozy restaurant. After lunch we headed towards Santiago, but halfway we made a stop at a beautiful wine estate in the Casablanca valley. After a wine tasting we got the opportunity to buy bottles of wine at a good price. By the end of the afternoon we were dropped off at our hotel.

  Waiting at dockside diabolical as some guests we’re advised 7-30 am whilst others were told 9-30 am May I suggest first 10 who book are given 1 time next 10 in other time slot Standing in the sun for 1-5 hours & no seating was not appreciated. Re the actual tour Sebastian & Josh were excellent Sebastian knowledge of the area was first class As was Josh s driving well done to both of them Thank you

  This was a fun tour, and it happened at a great price. That said, Stamp's Tour seems to subcontract the tour operators which it uses, and our tour would not have been nearly as interesting and engaging had it not been for our guide Pablito. You could get any one of many guides, however Pablito's love and passion for his country saves this whole tour from being that disaster that it almost started to become for us. First, know that this is not a super small group private tour (like for 2 or 4 people). They only handle groups up to 12 people commonly. We had a couple who were initially led to believe it would be a personal tour. They almost exclusively do these in groups. From pickup (instructions and execution) to drop off at the hotel, everything went smoothly. And that is saying a lot considering the conjestion and mass confusion which awaits outside the gates of the San Antonio cruise port. My critical comment is this. If you book this tour, know that there is no communication at all with Stamps. You can text them (with their preferred method of communication, which is Whatsapp), however you will only receive a default, automated response. > No text messages, Voicemail, or Email were ever responded to at all. We believe they do this in order to preserve the booking, and prevent people from cancelling on them. However to us, this is just bad business practice and the taste is pretty bad. This was heading directly towards a 1-star review (for us), had the tour operator (Pablito Escobar) not done such a great job on this day. Thank you Pablito for a memorable time this day.

  Good experience and e enjoyed the Casablanca/vina Del Mar tour and Nacho and Robert were excellent in explaining the history of the place we went.

  The tour guide Pablo is the best. Funny, knowledgeable, considerable. He met everyone's needs. Made the entire journey relaxable, happy. From the cruise port to airport at Santiago chili, we visited 3 cities like Valparaiso, casablanca. Every stop, Pablo gave us enough time to enjoy the local culture, history, sightseeing, food etc.
