Facilities were clean. Online ticket purchase was quick and easy. Hard to understand what was being told by guide over the speaker. It's a good way to end a day being a tourist.

Disappointing...& we've been on several of these. The 'narrator' was about as un-interesting as they come & a 1 hour TOTAL harbor tour would be more than sufficient for the ENTIRE harbor (vs the 2 hours you pay for).

Bring a light jacket or sweater if you are going to the top, very windy when in motion. But it was a very nice view overall

Our tour was enjoyable and seemed to quite thoroughly cover all sites along the harbor. The narrator was pleasant and knowledgeable which added to our experience. Highly recommend this attraction!

I was only in SD for the day, already had plans for the evening, this 2 hour tour was perfect to complete my visit. Got to see so much, the pricing was right, not crowded at all.
