We were disappointed because we didn't get what we paid for. We were very excited to have a dinner cruise but due to fog that didn't happen. Yet we were not offered any discounts, or refunds, or even a voucher for a future cruise when the weather was better and we could actually cruise the bay and see the views we were promised. We could have gone to any restaurant and had a three course meal (salad, salmon, & cheesecake) and paid half of what we paid for this Cruise. We weren't even offered a complimentary photo print, we had to pay $25 extra for a photo that cost very little to produce. It would have been a nice gesture to offer that as a consolation for not being able to take any photos of the sites that we were supposed to see. This is definitely not a way to have repeat customers, and good word of mouth advertising. No one can control the weather, but you can control how you try to keep your customers eager to return to you with their business.

The dinning experience was excellent great food, service, and our waiter was very attentive of our needs. Safety wise it was very foggy outside so an excellent decision was made to head back to port for our safety. The only problem was the dancing after dinner being a citizen of USA the only music played was Mexican, treating us citizens as outcasts so we left not being able to dance to the music being played-the DJ did introduce herself during dinner and told us that rock and roll would be played along with current US hits!!!

What a nice romantic getaway! Everybody was dress up so I felt like I fit in. The check in process was easy the crew was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. I enjoyed a very tasty red wine with my meal and the dancing after was super fun!

The staff and passengers were all very courteous. The meal was pretty good! I am not a mint fan, so I didn't care for the dessert. But everyone else liked the dessert. It is a little loud to talk to others at your table, but it is because others are also having a good time (but might be hard for older people or those with hearing issues).

It was a beautiful evening in late November. The ship’s crew were all very welcoming and friendly. Only complaint was our meal. We chose the steaks and were asked how we would prefer them served. We asked for medium rare, but were told that they would be served medium. We said that would be fine, but in reality our steaks were closer to well done.
