Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.

Please Note: Transfers between 10:00pm and 7:00 am have an additional $10 charge per person paid directly to driver.
Transfers to towns outside of San Juan/Metro area are subject to availability and additional fees will apply (starting at $150.00 roundtrip): price will vary on location and amount of passengers. There is a possibility of cancellation after receiving instant confirmation for services outside of San Juan. Please contact us for more information.
Child's car seat can be provided at no additional charge (must notify with anticipation)
Surcharges will apply for multiple drop-offs, waiting time or additional stops
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. Cash and credit cards accepted.

Once you arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport or San Juan Cruise Port, your professional chauffeur will greet you with a personalized sign and escort your to your private luxury vehicle. Feel relaxed and refreshed as you travel in speed and style to your hotel or location in San Juan, which includes areas such as Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Santurce, Ocean Park and Old San Juan. For your return trip, meet your driver at the same location of your arrival drop off (unless requested differently). Your friendly chauffeur will ensure that you arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport or San Juan Cruise Port with plenty of time before your departing time. Service will be provided on a Mercedes Benz V Class (1 - 6 passengers) or Mercedes Benz Sprinter (7 - 14 passengers). Vehicle assigned will be the most appropriate based on amount of passengers and vehicle availability. When making a booking, please provide all flight/cruise details and the full address of your accommodation. Children under 6 years must use car seat. We can provide them at no extra cost, but must be requested upon making the reservation. Same day requests will not be accepted. Please note this service is for SAN JUAN ONLY. Transportation to other towns is available at an additional cost. Pelase contact us before booking.

5.00Our driver Christian picked us up right on time he was even early at the cruise port and got us safely to the airport along with 4 passengers and lots of luggage. The van was huge and very clean.

5.00I was fortunate enough to join a group of ladies for a tour of Puerto Rico. Our trip started at the airport with our luxury car pickup through Bespoke. Our driver for the week was Ramone. On every occasion, our driver was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Throughout the week, Ramone was exactly where he was supposed to be during the times he was requested. We never had to wait for him. On my way back to the airport, I was early and he happily agreed to take me early. His flexibility was invaluable. I highly recommend using this company and specifically Ramone for transfers when you are in Puerto Rico.
