(On Mondays, when the cable car is closed for maintenance, we’ll replace this with a relaxing stop for a specialty coffee or artisanal ice cream at a local café.)

Cerro San Cristobal
Travelers visiting Cerro San Cristóbal can experience a combination of natural beauty, history and reflection. Reach the summit by taking a funicular or cable car to the top and be rewarded with expansive vistas of the city skyline and the majestic views of the Andes mountain range. At the summit, you will find a towering statue of the Virgin Mary, known as the Virgen del Cerro San Cristóbal. This iconic monument serves as a symbol of protection for the city (except on Mondays) Visitors can explore the area around the statue and appreciate its religious and cultural significance. Please be aware that this activity is not available on Monday because both cable-car and gondola lift is under maintenance. Instead, you can ride the shuttle bus to the top or enjoy an ice-cream or coffee.
Bellavista
The neighborhood is adorned with colorful street art, murals, and graffiti, making it a paradise for art lovers and photographers. Every corner you turn offers a new piece of urban artwork to admire.

5.00Natalia was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable about all the points of interest and history of the country. She is smart, kind and considerate. Chris did a great job navigating traffic. I highly recommend this tour. Great overview of this magical city.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this private tour. Our guide Jose Luis was very knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic in presenting the sights and history of Santiago. He was interested in answering our questions and was very open in sharing information. We came away with a better appreciation for life in this part of the world and it was a great introduction to the country. The tour is packed with lots of things to see and Jose Luis managed our time well.

5.00Our group of 5, ranging from 59 to 98, had a fabulous day touring Santiago with Franco, our guide, and Nico, our driver. They did a great job showing us around the city, answering our many questions, and being absolutely gracious to us all. Franco was honest about where it was safe for us to stop, or not. And offered other suggestions that gave us a day that was tailor made for our group. We were thrilled to have them again the next day on our tour to Valparaiso & Vina Del Mar. We felt as though we were being shown around by local friends. Not a service for hire. An exceptional experience 💗

5.00This was our first trip to Santiago and as we had only two days we wished to dive as deeply as possible into the culture and everyday life . First, the city itself is beautiful, sitting in a valley with the Andes very close and easily visible. It is remarkably clean as compared to NYC or Chicago. Our tour guide, Melissa, arrived right on time. Right away we felt we were going to learn so much and we did. 5.00We were so pleased to take a tour of Santiago with a wonderful, knowledgeable and considerate guide. Andres had deep knowledge of the history of Santiago and Chile, and patiently answered our questions…we saw a lot in 4 hours and learned so much. Our air conditioned van was immaculate, our driver was careful and courteous, water was provided too. The company communicated with us almost immediately after we booked and they also accommodated a schedule change when our flights were delayed for a day…we would give them more than 5 stars based on our experience.
