Overview

Depart Santiago and journey west across the scenic foothills of the Pre-Andes Mountains on a full-day excursion to Chile’s Pacific coast. Your first stop is Viña del Mar, the “Garden City,” where you’ll see its seaside charm, flower-lined avenues, and iconic landmarks. Continue to Valparaíso, a UNESCO World Heritage port city, to explore a vibrant local market, spot coastal wildlife, and enjoy a guided walking tour through its colorful hills, street art, and historic funiculars.

Take time for lunch and sightseeing, before returning inland. On the way back, visit the Casablanca Valley, one of Chile’s premier wine regions, for an included wine tasting experience at a local vineyard.

If you request drop off in Valparaiso you will miss the visit at the winery because this stop is made at the way back to Santiago.

If you need drop off in Valparaiso is mandatory to report if you have luggages and how many pieces otherwise will not be possible to carry them in the van.

Ramses was our guide and David was our driver. 10/10 experience and learned so much on the Valparaiso area. We saw sea lions and so much more. Was an amazing day trip when in Santiago a must see!!

Our day tour from Santiago to Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, and the Casablanca Valley with Stamp's Tour was absolutely amazing : a perfect experience from start to finish! Everything was so well organised, and the entire day was filled with incredible sights, relaxation, and fun. Our driver, Claudio, was fantastic, professional, punctual, and always making sure we were comfortable and safe along the journey. The van was spotless and very comfortable, allowing us to sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views. But the real highlight of the day was our guide, Alexis, who was simply exceptional. His passion, knowledge, and sense of humor made every moment memorable. He shared so many interesting stories about Chile’s history, culture, and wine traditions, making the tour not just beautiful but also educational and engaging. Valparaíso’s colorful hills, the tour to the caletta, Viña del Mar’s, and the wine tasting in Indomita/Casablanca all felt like unique experiences, seamlessly woven together thanks to our amazing guide and driver. We finished the day feeling grateful, inspired, and already in love with Chile! If you’re thinking about exploring these parts of Chile, don’t hesitate: this tour is a must!

It was impressive to observe the street art of Valpuyaso and visit the winery in the Casablanca area. We had a pleasant time with Antonio's detailed and fun explanation. Thank you to Alex for driving safely for a long time.

Great tour. Excellent guide. Everything was well explained. He used his iPad for clarification. Our driver circumvented the holiday traffic well and kept us on time.

Spent too much time inside a 15 passenger van. First, picking up everybody and then with a long drive to Valparaiso and back. Winery visit was pleasant and interesting. Valparaiso is quite unique with an interesting history. The time spent in Viña del Mar was too short and in a hurry. Lunch was disappointing because we were forced to eat at a restaurant chosen by the guide and we felt quite awkward seating in a big table with people we just met and who spoke different languages. Didn’t like this part and would have preferred chosing our own restaurant. In general I will rate it a 3.5 star experience.

Not sure why the tour started with a 20- minute stop after a 30-minute drive. There was very little cultural narrative but lots of driving around. The winery was lovely but the wine tasting was no good because it was (1) 10:30am, (2) a HUGE crowd and the info was all about selling the wines.

Hotel pickup included which is great! About 2 hours drive with a 20 min break before arriving Vina Del Mar. Saw big sea lion by the fish prep stand waiting for the scrap up close. I really enjoyed Valparaiso: the hills, colorful houses, beautiful murals etc. day ended with a white/red wine tasting at Emiliano’s Winery. A good balance of time spent. Recommended!
