Designed for cruise passengers, this tour lets you explore Santorini without wasting time in long lines. Instead of waiting in the heat for the cable car, step onto our boat from your cruise ship’s tender and enjoy a scenic ride across the Aegean Sea with stunning views of the Caldera. Upon arrival, an air-conditioned bus will take you on a journey across the island.
Your first stop is Finikia, where you can admire the blue-domed church and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Next, visit Oia, Santorini’s most famous village, known for its whitewashed houses, boutique shops, and breathtaking caldera views.
You’ll also visit Perivolos Black Beach, where you can relax by the water or enjoy a drink on the beach. At the end of your tour, skip the cable car lines once again as our boat takes you back to your cruise ship’s tender for a smooth and stress-free return.

The tour start time will be adjusted to your ship’s docking schedule to minimize waiting and accommodate possible disembarkation delays. You’ll receive the final meeting time in the Meeting Instructions about one week before the tour.
In the event of exceptionally rough sea conditions preventing boat transfers, we reserve the right to operate the regular tour route instead. In such cases, a refund of €10 per person will be provided for each cable car ride required in place of the boat transfer.
Please note that wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, electric scooters, and other mobility devices cannot be accommodated on shared tours. Tours on Santorini involve uneven surfaces, cobblestone pathways, and some sections with stairs. We kindly request that all participants carefully assess their physical ability to complete the tour prior to making a reservation. Refunds cannot be issued to guests who are unable to complete the tour due to accessibility limitations.

5.00If I could give this tour ten stars I would. Alex was our guide and Sergis(?) our driver. Alex was so knowledgeable about Santorini and never hesitated to answer questions. There was a good mixture of walking and sitting in a riding. One of the highlights was the sunset in Oia. Both Alex and Sergis were great about taking pictures of us. This is one of the best tours I have ever been. It was a fun five hour tour learning so much about Santorini. Good for all ages.

5.00This was a wonderful and informative experience. Traveled with my 4 young adult sons. Our tour guide Anna was amazing and we really got a taste of the island. Would of liked a little more time in Oia. Last stop at Beach club was incredible.

5.00Zeus and Ulysses were absolutely fantastic guides for this Santorini excursion. We booked this particular excursion to avoid the cable car situation and it was a great experience. Viator communicated with us well beforehand and we had very clear instructions on how and when to meet our guides. We were on a DCL trip and we allowed 90-minutes to get to the theater, get on a tender, and get to the meet-up spot. I would not cut it any closer than 90-minutes lead time. Anyway, we were assigned to driver Ulysses and guide Zeus and we are so grateful. The Mercedes van was clean and safe, and Zeus spoke great English and was incredibly informative. IMO, the blue domes are overrated. It was so crowded on our early June day yet Zeus told us that that crowd was nothing compared to what the actual summer time will be like. I would not want to see that! You’ll be shoulder to shoulder walking in a long line to get the photo of the blue domes. Then, you’ll likely ask a stranger to take your photos, and ours are more of our family than of the dome. Bummer. We had about 45-minutes to shop or wander on our own but due to the crowds and cramped spaces, it was nearly impossible to get much shopping done. There are tourist shops, of course, and plenty of quick food options, but there were also more local stores that I wished I had more time to visit. We rushed through the next town and wine information part in order to get a bit more time (90-minutes) at the beach (unanimous decision on our part). Zeus recommended a spot to eat and although he said he’s asked to recommend it through Viator, he actually recommends it himself. And honestly, it was the best meal in all of the Greek islands that we visited. The food was superb. The people and ambience were superb. We then used their beach loungers and rested in them and played in the sea for a bit. Our tweens loved it. We loved it. I think the tour was listed as “about 5-hours” and it was actually just over that when you include the meet-up at the dock. We didn’t mind. We were back to our ship in plenty of time without worry. There is no toilet in the Mercedes van. You can have snacks if they do not create a mess or crumbs. They provided one bottle of water per person. No beach towels provided so bring your own. Some places that serve food on the island will allow you to use their toilet but you’ll need to ask and order first. Zeus will give you plenty of locals tips/tricks to navigate that. He was all about our safety, security and comfort. He was fantastic.

5.00Amazing. Great tour of the island. Such and amazing place! Mercedes transport was very comfortable. Our guide was amazing as well. Never felt rushed but we covered a lot of ground.

5.00We were transported to various spots by air conditioned van, while our local guide named Yani offered informative narration (and entertainment) along the way. He made a great lunch recommendation and made sure everyone got a great picture with the beautiful back drops of Santorini! Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.

5.00Anna was the absolute best guide! She was kind, very knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful views and take pictures. I would definitely come back and request her to take us anywhere in Santorini!
