  We had an amazing time on the Sunset Wine Tour and Dinner in Santorini, and our guide, Nick, made the whole experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. Beyond the wine itself, he gave us a lot of interesting history about the island and explained how unique the grape growing process is here in Santorini, which made the first stop at the vineyard really interesting. The tour felt very well thought out and paced perfectly. We started at the vineyard where we got to try four different wines while learning about how wine production on the island is so different from anywhere else. Our second stop was dinner, and honestly every course was excellent. The food pairings were spot on and it was clear a lot of thought went into matching each dish with the wines. Ending the night at Santo Wines Winery for sunset was the perfect finish. Beautiful views, a glass of wine in hand, and an unforgettable way to spend the evening. This was easily one of our favorite experiences in Santorini and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting. Would 100% do it again. 🍷🌅

  It was a great experience. Our guide Michael was incredibly knowledgeable. I learned a great deal about Santorini wines. I enjoyed delicious wines and food. It was a wonderful tour!

  Awesome experience. We loved Michael. He was very knowledgeable and kind. The food and wine choices were very nice. The weather in Santorini did not agree with a nice sunset, but that's just how it goes!

  This tour became a highlight of our time on Santorini, and Nick, our driver and guide, set the tone from the first stop. He’s a sommelier, and it showed. We learned about the island’s wines and its volcanic terroir, and he shared all of it through real conversation. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. The lineup of gave us a real feel for Santorini’s wines, the Assyrtiko especially, and we ended up buying two bottles to bring back. We started with a tasting and a real lesson in the island’s vines, moved on to a lovely dinner at the second stop, then finished on the caldera with sunset views. Smoothly run, unhurried, and personal from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good wine and good company. Thank you, Nick.

  Great tour with Constantine - He was knowledgable and friendly, and most importantly of all, enthusiastic about his subject. We visited three wineries and tasted many, many wines. We also were given fresh tasty food and snacks as the evening went on. It culminated in an epic view over the Santorini seascape while an absolute classic sunset took place. Many thanks to Constantine for this personal, compelling and pleasurable journey through Santorini wine!
