We loved our dive guide, Jane! She was absolutely charming and the dive shop is very lucky to have her! She took the time to listen to our needs and not try to steam roll us to get going faster. So refreshing from other dive excursions. Her instructions, information on our dive sites and safety briefing on our boat were perfectly handled. We were given various options on where to dive as we were her only two clients. When I had (stupid spasm in my back that didn’t want to let up!) issues at the beginning of our first dive and decided to stay behind, she offered to take my husband down, return him to the boat and then take me down, just the two of us! Very appreciated, but I passed. Once we got to the reef for our second dive, I was able to join them. Jane was very diligent in making sure we stayed together, without being annoying. Her bright pink fins with her name written on them, made it even easier for us to know where she was when we encountered other diver! At no point, did I ever feel rushed, which has a tendency to make my anxiety kick up. She also clearly conveyed that she wanted to get a couple photos of my husband and me, using my UW camera. While water was provided, snacks were not. Be sure to bring something to munch on. I’m not sure if that is handled differently in their larger tours. I just wish we’d have done all our dives with her during our time in the Dominican Republic!!

My guides name is Jonathan, he is a certified master diver and gives his clients a more personalized dive experience. He picked me up personally from my hotel, and was with me every step of the way. He made sure that my dive gear was top notch, and lent me a computer to use. I am newer to diving and do not have a computer yet. I had the best time. I would recommend his services to anyone that I know
