Amazing experience, Nina showed us how to make 3 popular albanian dishes, the recipes were very simple so this was perfect for a beginner, and we got to eat everything afterwards with a bit of wine. Everything was delicious. Nina and the guide, Mihail, are some of the nicest people we have met in Albania. 10/10

Nina and her team created a wonderful ambience and vibe for our cooking class. It was great to be seated with others like a true dinner party. The cooking was fun, the conversations were fantastic, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try a different experience in Albania.

Had a great cooking lesson! We were confused at first because we thought we had a cooking class in Castle Park but this was even more fun! Very nice area and Nina and Mikel were so nice and cozy. The recipes are also very easy to copy. Super experience!

Authentic Albanian cuisine with heartwarm. Nina and the family took good care of us with traditional meatballs and associated fantastic accessories. Transport included, but we chose to go back to town. Was a great experience!

Lovely day cooking in Berat. We made all the traditional dishes and truly they all tasting amazing. Nina was lovely and her friend that helped translate was really an incredible and interesting person. We enjoyed learning to cook the recipes , enjoying a delicious meal and even the sweet treat she gave us at the end of the meal. Only recommendation for improvement would be to include one of the recipes as like a parting gift so we can attempt to make it again! Thank you for a lovely time

Nina, Freddy and Micheal were absolutely delightful hosts. We learned to make 3 great traditional dishes. The setting was beautiful. and the food was delicious and The conversation with Micheal was a highlight. I highly recommend.

This was a highlight of the trip! The entire family and the neighbor were warm and friendly, making you feel very comfortable. I’d highly recommend this is you enjoy meeting locals and good food.

This was a brilliant experience…..can not recommend enough. Wonderful people, delicious food, wonderful view…..a simple and very workable kitchen….. wonderful translator and everyone with a great sense of humour

This was a beautiful experience. Of course , Mama Nina is delightful. She had a neighbor who interpreted very well. The shared cooking and coaching were quite fun. The French couple we shared the experience with were very engaging. We were given a ride to and form Mama Nina’s in the castle in Berat. Wonderful travel experience!
