Our 1 hour Cowboy Trail ride, and the 1.5 hour Cowboy Trail ride hour are the rootinest, tootinest horseback rides in Sedona. You'll be riding through the hills and valleys of Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Sedona. Our experienced wranglers will keep you safe while sharing the history of the land and surrounding area. You'll get to cross the river, take in the spectacular sightings of Tuzigoot Monument, and enjoy panoramic views of the Verde Valley. 4.00. It was a beautiful ride. The landscape and stream crossing was fun. Our guide was a wealth of information and helpful. I had never ridden horse before so I was also a bit anxious. It all worked out well.

5.00We had such a blast riding here! All of the staff were attentive, helpful, and tremendously funny. We saw some beautiful sights, learned a few things, and really got to enjoy the horses and their personalities. It was fun to see the camaraderie between the staff and the relationships they all have with the horses.

5.00It was a really great experience, highly recommend to anyone visiting around that area!! I don’t remember his name but the Oklahoma cowboy that rode behind/ next to me was very funny, friendly and had many great stories he was telling us all about the trail, land, and wild animals. He was very informative and really made the experience so much better than I could have hoped for, give that man a raise, he was awesome! The horses are well fed, very well behaved and were very sweet, I really enjoyed the trail we did, the river crossing was super cool and really sets apart from other horseback riding places. 10/10
