  The service was fantastic, as was the food and, of course, the view of the Eiffel Tower while dining. The river cruise after dinner was a lovely experience.

  The dinner was definitely the best part about this tour. Food was good, staff were very nice, but the cruise itself was horrible. Packed in like sardines, but lucky enough to get a window seat until everyone went outside and stood in front of the windows, so we had a great view of people’s backs. We couldn’t wait to get off, a total waste of time as we saw nothing.

  It wasn’t crowded, the waiter was phenomenal, the view was gorgeous, and food was amazing. Sure it might not be this overly extravagant option, but truly it can’t be beat for the price and ease of access. The boat does get crowded quickly up top, so try to board first if that’s important to you. We sat inside and it was still good views and enjoyable.

  This is not what it seems to be. It shows a photo saying it is a dinner and a cruise. Well, it is first a dinner and then you got thrown out in the cold, the cruise is somewhere else. It is the same company offering it, but the cruise doesn't take place like it is described. It is advertised that you can see the illuminated city centre like "Notre Dame" church for example, ( see your own photos ) the cruise goes in the opposite direction as we heard on the loudspeaker today, 30st of Dec. at 5 pm. But we didn't actually stay for the cruise, because we were not prepared for the long queue. The people having booked like us the dinner which takes place at 6 pm ( we did take that one and it was rather medium quality like we would have had it in dozens of other restaurants in Paris ) are asked after dinner to leave the restaurant and then stand queue in the bitter cold - the queue was an estimated waiting time of 2 hours according to the guard as the boat is only doing every 30 minutes a tour - towards the little Statue of Liberty in Paris. Not in the direction which your photos show. It is all absolutely misleading. With no word you have mentioned, that you have two activities, you don't provide additionally any photos of the boat tour so people can understand that this are 2 different activities. As the restaurant looked like a boat, we sat and sat and sat there and waited for the "boat" to take off to the promised city centre tour, but then the waitress was utterly astonished that we were not told when buying the tickets that the boat tour is somewhere else. As someone elderly over 50, and not prepared for a long wait in the bitter cold, I was not able to do the boat tour because it was our last evening in Paris when we went for the dinner and too cold after 7.30 pm ( when we finished the dinner ) for someone elderly like me to queue up for hours. You are responsible that the information you provide here for people who spend their hard earned money is accurate and complete. Whole parts are missing and the part that the boat would have gone towards the city centre to see the buildings on the picture you provide is misleading. This is not happening. It was thought for us a romantic evening and ended as a catastrophy because your description is neither accurate nor is it complete. Be aware that you deal with pregnant females, with elderly and vulnerable people and not providing a so important information that the second part of this deal, the boat tour, is happening somewhere else, it includes long queuing so the weather is too consider so you have to be able to stand long time ( and has nothing to do with the cosy restaurant picture you provide ) and that the tour offered is not towards the city centre where you can see the buildings advertised on the picture. We spoke to a security guard to make sure that we are in the right place, and we were, and they do not make any difference between their guests having booked the dinner + boats tour deal or just bought the boat tour tickets on the kiosk opposite, you have to queue up like everyone else which we as elderly people can not do. Loss of hard earn wage, no romantic evening, ending with huge disappointment. The people working in Paris said you should know, you were provided with all the necessary information as you both work long together and you should have told us this. I am so angry that I would give 0 stars if I could. How dare you to mess up our Paris trip and advertise this incomplete and false to get more people to pay for it. Shame on you. Never again Viator
