You will be meeting friendly staff at all our tasting stops where they will tell you a short story about the food and their business. Explore 4 wonderful food stops where most of the food is produced locally or with a organic orientation. Use the information booklet that will be given to you at the start of the tour as a guide along your journey. note: Below is an example of what you’re going to explore

Fiskehoddorna

Fiskehoddorna in Malmö is the city's largest marketplace for fresh fish and seafood, located at Banérskajen near Malmöhus Castle. Here, you can purchase daily fresh products directly from local fishermen, including shellfish from the west coast, various herring preparations, and smoked salmon and eel from their own smokehouses.
