Alex picked us up and we had a Korean Chi-Mak meaning several types of fried chicken with beer (or something else; and there’s a veggy tteokbokki e.g.), after which we went to our seats in the stadium. The whole experience was exhilirating, it’s basically 3 hours non-stop hype with chanting and waving yellow towels on moves indicated by several dancers. An unforgettable experience. Alex made sure everybody was comfortable from the moment of pickup until after the game to make sure everybody was getting home and he provided some background about the game of that day. In between there’s plenty of time to pick up some merchandise in the stadium. Go do this!

We were a group of four people. And we think it was definitely not worth the extra charge to normal tickets. We only booked this option because there were no tickets left on free sale. To call food a shared meal with hospitality is completely out of place. Everyone sits at their own table under hosts. Takes care about ordering and gives information about the process, but that's it. And the dinner together I would have expected something completely different. More hospitality, warmth and maybe a different Mood or a table with everyone so that you can get to know each other as a group. The most common thing I found was that although we were four people, we got a few explanations but after asking, they said we had already asked three times (after all, we were four people) and we should rather look at the rules on YouTube or Google. Independently of each other, we found this very unfriendly. How can you tell a 12-year-old to look at this on Google when you pay €200 more for the tickets for four people in total. The other two didn't ask any questions at all for that, since one person can ask more questions. In addition, where some in the group knew baseball very well and didn't ask any questions at all. So we preferred to ask other guests if we didn't know what.. our group management was already overall friendly and took care of but the extra charge is not worth it in any case. And my son's question, how exactly does that work with orange and then comes the answer. Look at this on Google I have already replied before that just ruins everything and you are annoyed if you pay instead of 17 € in free sale just 79 €. For such an extra charge we would have simply expected a personal and patient care. So if there are tickets on sale outdoors. Isn't that worth the package in any case. It was basically for us just access to tickets everything else you can save.. In addition, it should be noted that we were after all a group of almost 20 people and in the crowds is very difficult not to lose the Führer. He could have carried a flag or some high object or an umbrella. There came the hint “I don’t want you to feel old” even succinctly. We weren't an old club, but with 25,000 people of them 99% dark hair and in the t-shirt the host clubs it's not so easy to keep an eye on a leader who looks exactly the same in the crowds. Above all, that was even before we had our tickets. So also the very suboptimal

Our host was Alex. He gave a good briefing on basic baseball rules to the whole group of us who were all first timers to baseball game. My husband Eugene and I was seated in the best seats behind the batter, in the mixed section supporting both Doosan Bears and Kia Tigers. Alex came to check on us during the game three times to make sure we were ok. Such an enjoyable time! Thanks Alex!

Tour guide good. Dinner doesn’t include the drink, it’s at the stadium. Seats were in a good location and the game was very. interesting. If you like baseball you’ll find Korean baseball a fun activity.
