5.00We had a great tour with Alice, that was very knowledgeable on the subjects and Korean culture overall, including details, as well as very agreeable. Furthermore, the various visits complemented each other very well.

5.00Absolutely a 10/10 experience! Me and my bf were in korea for a 24 hour layover. We got super lucky and ended up having a private tour with just us 2! Our tour guide Eva was an absolutely ray of sunshine! She taught us many things about Korea throughout the tour and even let us customize it to spend more time in the market, which we were especially excited for! She listened to what we liked and gave us great recommendations for shopping . On top of everything she even surprised us with donuts at the market where the line was super long so we wouldn’t have to spend our time waiting ourselves! It felt like she was my best friend and not a total stranger I had just met a few hours earlier. Super excited to come back to Korea in the future and explore more places with Eva.

4.00This was a great tour at a great price, Gabby was our tour guide and she was knowledgeable and friendly. We were the only people on tour that day and she made us feel welcomed. She did a great job of explaining in detail every place we visited and she made sure we made the most of our time.

5.00Sunny of VIP Tours was an amazing guide! She was personable, knowledgeable, and really catered to our group of six women. She went above and beyond, even extending the time we had with her, to ensure we got the most of our experience. Highly recommend the Palace>Ginseng>Market tour with her and would definitely use VIP again.

5.00Alice met me promptly at MyeongDong station and was very welcoming. We met the driver Charlie who was kind enough to give us some hand warmers which was lovely on a cold beautiful morning in November. We stopped at the Bukchon village, Palace and Ginseng factory. Alice knew a lot of information and her descriptions were easy to understand. I highly recommend this tour if you are new to Seoul and Alice and Charlie were the perfect guide/driver. Thank you.

1.00Nothing in the booked itinerary was executed, they transferred us to another palace bec it was free admission that day on the said palace and made everything that its cost effective for them, the tour guide Moon however was informational about Korean culture. Many tourist traps like the ginseng museum - what a hoax pls dont buy
Best trip and looking forward to more. Lived Hotteuk and The Mongdal pancake . Craving for more. Insa- dong.
