Australia’s Everglades are found in the Northern end of the Noosa River system, perched within the sand dunes of the Cooloola National Park. An untouched, pristine wilderness area awaits you….

Pure freshwater pulses out of the Cooloola Sandmass and filters through the tea tree infused ecosystem into this unique river system - creating the most spectacular reflections you will ever see.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of “Beer OR Bubbles” whilst gliding down the reflective waterways of Australia’s Everglades. Watch the stunning colour changes as the sun sets slowly over this magnificent wilderness area before returning to Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp.

While viewing wildlife is never guaranteed on tour, many guests have spotted a variety of bird species and several kangaroos and goannas upon returning to Habitat. “Discover an unspoiled part of Noosa - Australia’s Everglades. Pristine water full of life. Our Guide kept us consumed with the beauty of the place and the knowledge he shared was fantastic. I recommend this great half day tour to everyone!” At the end of the tour, maybe go for a walk around Habitat Noosa and maybe even spot a few of our local kangaroos before concluding a great afternoon in Australia's only Everglades.

It was our first time in the Noosa Everglades and we had a wonderful time, despite the sporadic rain. The skipper, Peter (spelled L-E-G-E-N-D), was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared many fun facts about the flora and fauna in the Noosa Everglades and even drew plenty of comparisons with the Florida one. The length of the cruise was suitable too and it did not feel too rushed or too short. Would love to do it again, perhaps during the warmer seasons where more wildlife would be present!

This was a unique experience to go to one of only Everglades environments in the world and it didn’t disappoint. Well organised with great friendly staff and knowledgeable guide the pace of the tour was fantastic and allowed visitors to gaze into the changing environment and see rare sights like the little blue kingfisher. Well worth the trip.

This experience was amazing. The staff were incredible- friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. The bus transfers were clean and on time and the amenities at the 'base camp' were excellent.

A wonderful afternoon spent cruising in the Everglades. I grew up in this country and never knew we had Everglades here, so we had to see this extraordinary place for ourselves. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Peter, and he explained the difference between the Everglades here and the ones in Florida. They provide some drinks for everyone, some jokes and fun. We had a wonderful time!

Had a really great experience on the Noosa Everglades Eco Safari Tour. The tour was well organised, scenic, and very enjoyable from start to finish. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Noosa.

This is a great way to experience the Everglades plus there’s the added bonus of cape hillsborough (kangaroo beach). It’s a fantastic day out and I’d highly recommend booking it, we had an amazing day out.

Beautiful tranquil afternoon with stunning views of the of the Everglades eco system river and rain forest. Amazing tree river reflections and fantastic tree shapes, colours and structures. Fantastic hosts Chris and Kate very knowledgable and great fun.
