  I purchased tickets for the Cookie Monster Cookie decorating event online. We get there and it is $40.00 to park the car, paid that. Get to the gate and they tell me you need park admission tickets at $40.00 each, it was 40 degrees and drizzling rain and it was 4PM and it closes at 6PM. Fortunately a lady near me had extra tickets so I gave her $40. The event was okay but the finale is when you exit you MUST walk through the gift shop. What a money grab. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never buy anything Sesame Street related again.

  We came here in the off season for the Halloween spooktacular.   The park was really nice and had a wide range of rides still open despite all the water rides being closed for the season.  However this park is definitely worth it to go in the summer to experience everything.  There was a puppet show we tried to watch but was having technical difficulties so it was canceled.   Some of the staff at this location were questionable as they smelled of Marijuana and or seemed really immature to be operating machinery for rides.  We got a cookie monster cookie which was pretty awesome.  The parade was really amazing.  If our kids were smaller we would come back in the summer for the water park rides.

  My family and I are season pass members for the last 5-6 years. The park was open today when it was raining and closed after it stopped raining and the sun appeared. When we arrived at the park around 2:15pm we were told by the staff and security that the park was closed. As shocked as we were because the weather was beautiful and it was open in the morning when it was raining ?? This was unacceptable and concerning because many children are special needs and just don't understand why the park is closed on a beautiful day. I am not special need but can only understand that it was a gross opportunity by corporate the close the park because it was not getting as manage one day pass clients because of the morning weather. You should have just let the park open for the remaining 3-4 hours. Also the Oscar rollercoaster ride is closed many times closed or only open at 2pm.

  Very disappointed with our experience at Sesame Place. I came with my 3-year-old, who is not yet walking, and her friends. Unfortunately, the park refused to let her enjoy most of the rides simply because she isn’t walking yet. I completely understand the importance of safety, but she is still a child who deserves the chance to experience the rides and fun like everyone else. It felt very discouraging and upsetting that the park is not friendly or accommodating toward children with disabilities. We expected a welcoming, inclusive environment, but instead left with disappointment. Families with kids who have different needs should be able to create happy memories here too, not feel excluded.

  HaHa park is a joke, the owner obviously looks down on us pee-ons. Look at all the reviews saying the same things. It's grossly overpriced, poor quality expensive food, half the park isn't running (keep in mind it's 45year celebration) Operations are run by teenagers hiding in the bathrooms on their phones. It's basically a parent trap because they know the kids don't see what we see. I like how the one guy said just call me grouchy but honestly if we didn't get the discount I would be livid. As of now I thinks its like a bad cult classic comedy. Don't bother responding because you haven't improved for over 11 years at least, and your not gonna convince What an absurd entry fee. $22 for sunscreen, $36 for bubble wand. $7 for 20 ounce warm coke. $40 parking. Like a said this place is laughable, good riddance.

  Don’t good value. Took my daughter, her husband and 5 year old grandson. Did the dry park on a Friday and the water park on Saturday. Some rides were shut down in both parks. Only four amusement games and very poor arcade (if you even call it that) section. The food is grossly overpriced only to be matched by its cheap quality. The food service is incredibly inefficient. It took over an hour to get our food on Saturday. In hindsight, for lunch we should have left the park and tailgated with a packed lunch and then renter the park. Understandably Saturday was very crowded so the lines were long. The afternoon parade was cute. Preferred parking was $60 more than the admission ticket. If you get there early general parking gets you close to the entrance as well. My daughter and I agreed that we doubt if we are coming back.

  Food vendors ran out of food and water at almost every stand and the restaurant style seating places wait was about 1.5 hours. Staff were no help with questions, even management.

  Such a bad experience. Thought my kid loved seeing Elmo and friends, the overall customer service is terrible at this park. During the show, people were seating on the seats reserved for visitors with special needs. The people working at the park would see this and make nothing to make sure the seats remained available for people that needed them. I did a line of more than two hours to get food at Big Bird’s Burgers and Botes. Only three cashiers and three people serving the food in the pick up area. This was definitely not enough for the long line of people waiting for food. No supervisor on sight supervising that things moved fast even thought this was really needed. I have visited a lot of theme parks since I have a kid and I can say for sure this is the worst park I have ever visited. Stay away!!

  This place used to be decent, but it has just gone downhill in recent years. From ridiculous parking fees to being severely understaffed, there is not much to like here. Your kids probably won't mind, but, as an adult, you will likely notice everything that is wrong with this place. The parking is horrendous and expensive. Even trying to turn out of the parking lot makes you wonder how something so seemingly easy can be so hard. We were there on a Saturday in July - probably one of the busiest days all summer. There were numerous rides closed, including both roller coasters. In addition, the rides that were open were understaffed (one person running each ride), which resulted in long lines. The staff was cranky and unmotivated, and seemed like that they wanted to be anywhere else. Last, but not least, for the smaller rides there are poles to hang canopies to block the sun. However, the canopies were not up. It just seems like there is cost cutting all over the place. Plus the park is dirty and bathrooms are gross. I'm not sure what the issue behind all of the above is, but this place needs work. I would honestly stay away, it's not worth it.

  If I knew parking was $44, I would not have gone. Hershey Park was better for my 3 year old. More rides and less expensive..
