Annandale Falls
Just a short drive from the capital, Annandale Falls are enclosed in a garden of green and a wall of rocks covered in soft ferns and other vegetation. A dip is most invigorating. Or simply revel in the beauty and sounds of the falls. Spend time in the surrounding gardens where tropical flowers and trees flourish and visit the Interpretation Centre, Bar and Restaurant.
Grand Etang Lake
The most popular areas in Grenada for hiking and trekking is undoubtedly the rainforest around the Grand Etang Forest Reserve, high up in the mountains of the island’s interior. Grand Etang’s flora includes towering mahogany and giant gommier trees as well as a multitude of ferns, tropical flowers, and other indigenous plants. The lush vegetation provides shelter for a wide variety of animals, particularly for the island’s many species of birds. The broad winged hawk, Lesser Antillean swift, Antillean euphonia, purple throated carib, Antillean crested hummingbird and the Lesser Antillean tanager (known as the soursop) are all common sights. In addition, Grand Etang is populated by plenty of frogs and lizards, as well as playing host to opossums, armadillos, mongoose, and the Mona monkey.

5.00Excellent day with Nic, knowledgable, friendly and a great guide to the island and all it has to offer. The chocolate shop was fabulous and the staff very informative and personable. Waterfall beautiful and the rain forest with an appearance of the monkeys just superb.

5.00Marcus was our tour guide for the island tour adventure and he was PHENOMENAL!! We had so much fun learning about the history of Grenada and visiting all the locations. The monkey jumping on us was so awesome, we loved every minute of it. Marcus is warm, engaging, funny and incredibly thoughtful and attentive.. He was the best part of our tour. I recommend this tour 100%. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable Marcus!!

5.00We just had the most amazing experience with Tours Grenada! We booked the shared island tour, but since it was only us and one other couple, it felt like a private adventure. Our tour guide, Marcus, was absolutely incredible—so kind, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the day. He took us all around the island, making sure we experienced the very best of what Grenada has to offer (and then some!). He even took photos of us at every stop, which was such a thoughtful touch. I truly can’t recommend Tours Grenada and Marcus enough, we’d recommend them to anyone visiting the island.

5.00We booked this a little hesitant based on the time restrictions, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Nick was a great guide. On time pickup, told us all about the islands history as well as the locals inside information. He was very personable and you can tell he loves and is proud of his heritage in Grenada. The chocolate tour was very informative and got to taste the chocolate from the first step all the way to the end result. Our favorite was definitely the Mona monkeys though. It was awesome getting to interact with them. We learned a ton and when we return we will definitely be using this company again and asking for Nick. He went out of his way to stop and find us the souvenirs we were looking for. We never felt rushed and he constantly asked if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. Lunch was great. The chefs sweet little daughter entertained us by showing us all her toys and drew pictures for us. Can’t recommend this tour enough. You hit a ton of the sightseeing options the island has to offer without spending a ton of wasted time just standing around waiting.

5.00Our guide Marcus was accommodating, hospitable, and knowledgeable of the island and its history. We were on the "Shared Discover by Land and Sea" tour. We saw much more of this beautiful island than in the description thanks to the tour operator, Marc. Despite the fact that we were the only people on this tour it was not cancelled, and for a modest additional hourly charge we spent a full 8 hours seeing additional sights, including enjoying lunch at a small local restaurant. Assistance while snorkeling was also most appreciated given our lack of experience. A great day!

5.00We had an amazing time with Nick from Tours Grenada on our trip. We explored the beautiful island of Grenada with him. We got to see the monkey, the waterfall, the spice market, the rum distillery, the chocolate store and so many more little stops along the way along with an included lunch. We recommended this trip to others at the resort with us and will continue to do so from home!

5.00We had an amazing island tour with Nic from Tours Grenada today! We went to the House of Chocolate, the spice market, the rainforest, the waterfalls, the rum distillery, brewery and Grand Anse Beach and had a great lunch at a local spot. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and made it a very educational and entertaining day. Nic also went out of his way to purchase my husband’s favorite Caribbean beverage for him. We highly recommend Tours Grenada!
A Great Introduction to the Magic of Grenada

5.00We had a small group tour with Nick as our guide. Easy pick up at our hotel, and returned there after a full day of learning about the island. Nick was super knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts of Grenada. Our tour started in St George’s at the House of Chocolate, then continued on to the Spice Market where we were able to explore a bit. After an exciting ride through the city, we visited Annadale Falls, which was just lovely. I was not impressed with the small monkey that was tied up, or the birds in the cage, but the falls themselves were beautiful. There are vendors here, and it was a fun stop, but a bit of a tourist trap, with the jumper very persistent about tipping. A nice visit in spite of this. The Grand Etange Lake was very quiet and lovely. A stop at Scott’s for lunch was very welcome at that point. A good meal, shared with new friends. Our next stop was Clarke’s Court Rum, where we sipped and learned of the different varieties. We may have spent too much time here, as we didn’t make it to the brewery, which was fine with us. Nick returned us safely home and we would recommend this tour to others. It was a lovely day.
