  Transportation back to Cancun airport. The cab was 50 minutes late. We received the notification before our departure time. Our departure was scheduled for 12.10am at our hotel. We reached NX Tours customer service at 12.40am and she was unable to tell us where our taxi was. She advised us to take a taxi. By the time we found transport to the airport, the taxi from NX Tours arrived at 12.50h with a delay of 40 min. This has been very stressful for us.

  We had a very good experience dealing with michaelle specifically. She was always available to genuinely help us out. This changed out view of nexus.

  Michaelle César was our Nexus tour agent and she was fantastic! She arranged our trip to and from Cancun airport to our resort in Cancun Hotel Zone at GR Solaris. She next finalized and arranged our trip to XCaret Park and Playa Del Carmen on 2 different days -again arranged the transport from our resort and back. XCaret was out of this world. The service was seamless! Michaelle was friendly and a professional. Nexus tours is a great option for all visiting from Canada and elsewhere. I especially liked the fact that I could communicate with Michaelle via WhatsApp to confirm time/ drivers/ status and ask questions, which she responded to right away. Loved our time in Cancun, thanks to Nexus Tours, their agents, drivers and all the great services they provided in very good vehicles and vans. Thank you Michaelle and Nexus Tours! Keep up the great service!!

  We were assigned Luis Hernandez as our designated tour guide for the during of our trip as we were attending a wedding. Luis was nothing but accommodating the entire trip and made our travel experience super easy. I 100% recommend using Luis and his team for your trip and plan on referring him to other friends who plan on travelling to Cancun or other destinations nearby. - Daniel K.

  Upon landing at the Cancun airport, Nexustours had a challenge locating/confirming our reservation to take us to our hotel November 25/26. They were exceptionally busy at the time and could not initially guarantee a solution. Employee Fabricio went over and above to work with us and his reservation team to ensure they found a way to get us to our destination. Fabricio, you are an asset to the Nexustours team! Thank you

  This is the second and last time ill be using them for airport transfers. Both times now they have scheduled our pickup back to the airport so early you have to sit there for 4+ hours. You cannot even check your baggage more than 3 hours before your flight there. Definitely get a private transfer or a taxi. The extra money is worth not wasting your time. When asking and trying to change the transfer time they are completely unhelpful and will not budge. They simply do no care.

  I’m writing this review to warn other travelers about my recent experience with the shuttle services connected to the Valentine Imperial. This is the second time we’ve used this company, and for the second time, we ended up waiting over an hour at the airport for our transfer to the hotel. While delays can happen, this seems to be a recurring issue with this agency, and it’s much longer than what we’ve experienced with other transfer companies. Unfortunately, the situation on our return trip was far worse. On the morning of November 15th, 2025, when I went to confirm our pre-paid shuttle back to the airport, I was told by the travel agency representative (Diego) that we were not allowed to use the shuttle we already paid for. His reasoning was that we hadn’t attended a sales meeting earlier in the week — something that was never mentioned at booking and completely unrelated to the transportation we purchased. Despite explaining this and my surprise that a paid service would be withheld over a sales presentation, I was simply told “that’s how it works,” and no assistance was offered. We were left stranded and had to pay 1,300 MXN for a last-minute taxi to the airport. I’ve already submitted a formal complaint to the agency, but I’m sharing this here so other travelers know what to expect. If you rely on timely, reliable transfers or expect the services you pay for to be honored, I recommend being extremely cautious or considering a different transfer provider.

  We used this Service last October 5 for an airport-hotel transfer, Private Service was booked. This is the first and last time we'll book with Nexus. I do NOT recommend the NEXUS Service, to begin with they had us waiting for 6 families at least half an hour. We were one of the last families and the person from Nexus tells me: "you have to go in Shared Service with another family, because if not I don't know how much more you have to stay here and turned around", this you can't tell a client, zero empathy, the other family didn't want us to share with them because they also hired privately, but in the end I talked to them (NOT Nexus) and they accepted us, what a shame! First and last time with this unsympathetic Enterprise with poor customer treatment.
