1.00My advice is to stay away from this agency. As long as things go well they're very nice. But should any slightest mishap occur you will never receive any assistance from them. All they do is play blame-shifting games on others without ever taking any responsibility and they will not provide you with help under any circumstances.

5.00We booked a transfer to our hotel from ferry pier. The driver was fantastic and very friendly. He has even stopped for a scenic view to let us take photos.

1.00I ended up paying $50 for a taxi as shuttle refused to pick me up. Apparently there are set times. I wasn’t willing to wait 3 hours. Even after calling.

Location, snorkeling, staff and the buffet breakfast were all top-notch!!!!

5.00From our beautiful over the water bungalow we could see the brightly colored fish and coral through the some glass flooring in our room. We were able to enjoy top rate snorkeling right off of our deck. Getting a room rate with breakfast included is definitely worth it. The dinning room staff was very welcoming, the dinning area had beautiful views and the food was exceptional. Lots of fresh Polynesian fruit and juices, fish, salad and pastries. All of the staff was helpful. The had booked five nights through hotels .com which required changing rooms. When we checked in hotel managed to upgrade us into one room for our entire stay.

4.00Never picked us up or another couple from the pier to the hotel. Luckily another tour operator offered to take us along with the other couple. So that was the reason for the 4 star because we also used them for the return to the pier and the airport which went very smoothly.

5.00Pickup from ferry was seamless. I was messaged three days prior by the transportation company and asked which ferry I was on. When we got off the ferry there were several tour companies there with signs with last names. All of the guides worked together regardless of company to help you find your shuttle driver which was really neat to see. It was easy to find our name and our driver took us to his van. He helped us with luggage and off we went! Very easy and straight forward. For parents wondering about car seats. We were traveling with our 18 month old daughter and did not bring a car seat. Shuttle advised us they did not provide one and she could sit on our lap. We went with that option to avoid bringing a car seat as we had very minimal driving planned for our entire visit. Every shuttle taken it was not required. However if you’re more comfortable with your child in a car seat, you’re welcome to bring your own or rent at airport and shuttles were equipped to install.

5.00The driver and van were right where we needed them to be when we got off the ferry from Tahiti. Dropped off a couple of people before we got to our hotel and then drove us to our hotel. Would absolutely use again. I was hesitant with only a few reviews at the time of booking but am so glad we went with this company. And on a Sunday to boot. Thank you!
