3.00Discovery of the Balkans with First voyage .Unfortunately disappointing experience following our guide Kamal who from the first day claim us 70 euros per couple for resort expenses and hotel staff costs (maid and reception) the day before departure , he puts it back by imposing us a tip for the driver 2 to 3 euros per day and per person and for him from 3 to 5 euros per day and per person.

3.00Very beautiful spots but on the edge of safety. 33 in a boat designed for 25 and a single guide. Lots of current, they don't ask if there are beginners, they don't offer vests. I recommend for beginners otherwise prefer a smaller group.

3.00Staff was nice. Saw tons of turtles. Quality of the masks and snorkels was pretty low- the first snorkle I used had mold in the tubing so I swapped it with one that had a broken clip on the top.

1.00Snorkling from hell. The boat its not stable and 100% you will get sea sick. Also the currents are super strong for a non confident swimer.

4.00Very nice tutor, we saw a lot of turtles. The underwater statues are beautiful but there are too many people. Even on our boat there were a bit too many people, it was a bit cramped... If there had been fewer people I would have left 5 stars

5.00It's really exciting to join the open trip at Bale Laut. With affordable prices, you can still get an impressive experience. You can meet new friends, accompanied by your Mas, who is very informative, explaining about tourist attractions & locations in Lombok, interspersed with jokes from his friends that make us think hard 🤣
