Brenda was the best! She took us to get breakfast and showed us the true beauty of the island. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some great information about the history of St. Thomas. My family and I had a great time. I highly recommend this tour!

First of all, Brenda and her husband are two of the friendliest people we have come across during our stay and a complete joy to be around. Brenda was so amazing, very knowledgeable about the history of the island and landmarks and also knew all the secret spots to take us to get the best pictures. We enjoyed every minute we had with her. We got around the whole island sightseeing, and cut the shopping portion short as we booked on Sunday and spent extra time on the beach at Magens Bay, heaven! We saw mountain top, blackbeards castle although it was closed due to hurricane repairs we still peaked over the fence and viewed the beautiful grounds. We asked to get a taste of local food, and wow was it good, try the saltfish! The island has very curvy narrow roads, and wow can Brenda drive that rig! We were impressed! Dont come to the islands and go without booking with Brenda and Franco's fun tours, we had the time of our lives (she also took amazing photos of us of our girls trip!!), and she is truly a delight to be around. She dropped us off back at our resort safe and sound with handmade masks! We adore this woman!

Tour was great we enjoy’d shopping and sight seeing especially the beach. Our tour guide was very pleasant and was able to give us lots of island history.

Brenda was knowledgeable, accommodating and transparent. The island recently opened up and many stores/ attractions remained closed. She made the best of it and ensured we were comfortable.

The Views were just incredible from different vantage points across the island , did bit of shopping, too many jewelry stores , Brenda was a fun person , we had a good time.

pick up for our appointment was done at the last minute. after a few minutes drive, we were dropped off for 2 hours of shopping while the shops were barely open. For the 2nd appointment, a different vehicle, with a different driver came to pick us up and picked us up in double file without further explanation( 5 passengers). from there, we climbed to the observation post on the mountain at full throttle. once up, after 5 minutes of observations, we have to board, but what a surprise, we are now 28 passengers, for a vehicle of 25 seats! we then head to Mountain TOP to go to the 2nd observation post, where we have a French, English, Spanish explanation given by the FRANKO guide. leaving, the vehicle breaks down and we're stuck on the road for 30 minutes. Another vehicle picks us up and from there, Franko instructs the driver not to stop at the pitches for the view. After discussions with the guide, we manage to get 1h30 of swimming even if it was planned for 2 hours. when leaving Megan's bay, another driver unknown to us picks us up, but after 10 minutes of Waiting before leaving, Franko arrives and picks us up for our return to the cruise ship. in conclusion, a bad experience and a lot of last minute improvisation by this agency...was it due to the fact that there were many cruise ships in the same day, or if it is a less well organized agency? In any case, an excursion to forget for us...
