  Our guide Harry was very informative, patient, courteous, showed us an exhibit in the Lutheran church, and navigated us through the Pride Parade. The ferry ride to Sumolina was fun and he showed us all the highlights of the town and fortress. We got to spend time in a lovely garden. It was wonderful picking up the ferry at the fortress, so we didn't have to walk all the way back. It was a very nice day. The bus driver was also very informative and friendly as well.

  Not worth the money. Saw only a few sites. And not the rock church. The island was a waste. Way overpriced for what we got. I been to Finland before and had a great tour ( not this one) so was very disappointed.

  We went around today (03/26/2022) It was very interesting! Very rich, we learned so much about the city, about Finland! Historically, culturally and in terms of the way of life of the Finns! I recommend ++

  Tour was excellent. Our guide, Cesar (from Venezuela/Estonia) was wonderful. I like how detailed the tour is around the park area with a break for lunch and then heading to Suomenlinna. Lot of wonderful history and detail is covered. Recommended for anyone visiting beautiful city of Helsinki. Hotel pickup/drop was a great plus.

  Pick up was on-time at 10:00am from a downtown hotel. Tour guide (Ray) was pleasant and informative. The first two hours covered local sites around Helsinki by van with several stops to walk around (Sibelius Park, Modern Library and two prominent churches). We had about 45 minutes for lunch on our own before taking the ferry to Suomenlinna fortress. We spent about 90 minutes walking around the fortress before boarding the ferry back to Helsinki, arriving at the dock by 3:15pm where the tour ended. There was no ride back to the hotel, but we were only several blocks away. A few good things to know about the tour. The morning was flexible and we changed plans several times as we found churches in-service. Also, it is a pretty long walk at the fortress over rough cobblestone. The weather in February was cold, so wearing good shoes and warm clothes (coat, hat, gloves, etc.) is a must. Overall it was a very good tour and a great way to get our bearings in Helsinki on our first day in town.

  My husband and I booked this tour as part of our Baltic Cruise with Royal Caribbean. Joonas was prompt with meeting us at the port to pick us up and we set off for our excursion after picking up 1 other person. Joonas was very knowledgeable and friendly. With only being in Helsinki for a short time, gave us a great overview of the city/ history and the sites to see. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming in a new city when you have a limited time, but Joonas made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and made sure that we experienced the most in Helsinki. We really enjoyed the small group and being able to ask questions and interact with our guide. We also really enjoyed that we had a bit of time to explore each site on our own to take everything. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely book another tour when we're back in Helsinki!
