This was not a real excursion, the tour is a scam. The cost is actually DOUBLE what the other tour companies charge for the exact same excursion. Luckily, you can book this right outside the port on the day of, which is what I ended up having to do. Several people at the pick up location tried to help me find someone from the company on-site, as well as try to contact the email & phone number of the company, Wow A Tour, with no response. I had to contact Viator to get a refund & it even took them a long time to get a hold of the company. At the end of the day — after I had done the tour with a different company — I finally got an email from the Wow A Tour, stating “Hi I am afraid there is nto enough time to confirm this booking with the local company we will cancel and refund in full.” I booked the excursion the day before & received a confirmation from Viator. For whatever reason, you can still book this tour, so just be careful — usually dates will be blocked off on the calendar if tours are not available but this was not the case. Definitely do the tour with a different company bc it was GREAT & half the price! Viator was also very helpful & responsive with getting the refund.

Audre was a great tour guide as he was very knowledgeable about the island. We were given ample time to explore during each stop. This was an air conditioned bus which was a plus! Note: the time listed is 10:30am, however, the actual time was 9:30am pick up. Had they not sent the vouchers the morning of, we would have missed the tour. The tour provided great cultural insight! I would recommend. FYI… water was not provided as mentioned.
