5.00An unforgettable day in Malta! We discovered two very different but equally beautiful cities. Mdina felt timeless and mysterious, while Valletta was cheerful and full of charm. The tour was well-paced and super enjoyable.

5.00I joined this Malta tour, not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be such a rich experience. Mdina’s narrow streets felt like a peaceful labyrinth, and Valletta impressed me with its grand buildings and sea views. The mix of old and new made it special.

5.00We loved the tour of Mdina and Valetta. Our guide Steven, had a wealth of historical information. Mdina was so well preserved. Recommend for anyone who loves history. Very comfortable bus as well.

1.00I did this tour with my husband and two teenagers (17 and 19). It was probably the worst tour we have ever done and we have done many. Our first stop was Mdina. The entire city was swarming with bees. The tour guide disregarded the fact that all of us (the 4 of us and the other 4 guests) were moving all around trying to get away from the bees. In addition, she had such a strong accent that her English was unrecognizable. We had no idea what she was saying the entire time. It seemed like the tour guide was more fixated on her commentary than our comfort…she was annoyed that she did not have our full attention but we were concerned about all of the bees! After an hour we finally left Mdina and headed to Valletta. Fortunately there were no bees but we still had no idea what she was saying. The only thing all of us were able to decipher was when the tour guide told us the numbers on the road were parking spaces. So glad we paid hundreds of dollars for that. Definitely do not recommend.

1.00We would have very much liked to participate in this tour...BUT the local operator changed the time to be 30 MINUTES EARLIER for the tour--the NIGHT before the excursion! And rather than communicating this important change in every means possible (e.g. text, WhatsApp, and email), they ONLY sent an email. We were on a cruise ship (which Viator knew, since this was a shore excursion) and we had minimal/no access to WIFI, so I did not see the email. We arrived at 2:25 p.m. for the 2:30 p.m.--only to find out we had been left! The only other time the local guide tried to contact us was at 2:18 p.m. as we were making our way to the meeting place. There was no way we could get there any quicker! It is inexcusable to change the time to be EARLIER, less than 24 hrs before the tour, and not communicate this crucial change using every means possible. When I contacted Viator about this, they refused to refund us for the missed tour. What terrible customer service! I will never book with Viator again, given their disregard for their customers.

5.00Stephen was such an excellent tour guide. His wealth of knowledge made the tour totally informative.This tour required alot of walking and hills, Stephen was extremely aware of my ability to walk.Found a place for me to rest and meet up with the group.
