Everything started great. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. Once we got to the reindeer farm, it doesn't seem like the bus driver know what he was doing. One of the staff in the farm had to get in the bus and ask what tour we were on. The farm was OK. It was just ride a short ride and then go into a lounge area and hear a little information/facts about reindeers and they treated us with snacks and drinks. Then we were done and we were confused on what's next. The farm people assumes the bus will pick us up. It took so long, they tried to call CEO of tour company but wasn't able to reach. With no communication, a couple of us was just confused. Some of us just waited in the cold. Some went walking thinking maybe bus was nearby. Even farm staff was like you guys are still here?!?! Finally the bus came. In summary, it felt like this tour company function off third party. Third party bus company. Third party reindeer farm. They just left us with these third party and hope for the best. I wish there was someone there to fully communicate and stay with us throughout. I wish the farm was more immersive to make it even more special. All in all, it felt like another tour business. Take our money, here's your reindeer ride. Business complete. Nothing special.
