Once you’ve purchased your entrance tickets (own expense), head through the little-visited western entrance to experience Angkor Wat at sunrise. Siem Reap Tour Itinerary: Sunrise & Iconic Temples 1. Sunrise at Angkor Wat Start your day early with a breathtaking sunrise at Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument. Watch as the temple's iconic towers reflect beautifully in the surrounding moat. Capture stunning photos before the main crowds arrive. Explore Inside Angkor Wat after sunrise, which was originally built as a Hindu temple for Vishnu but later became a Buddhist site. Discover intricate bas-reliefs depicting Hindu mythology, the grand galleries, and the impressive central sanctuary.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but as a family that travels a lot, it's very helpful to find objective and real comments that help us be cautious when choosing who to book certain activities with. This tour operator greatly disappointed us. They didn't pick us up early in the morning when our activity was scheduled, even though I had spoken to them and they had told me not to worry about anything. They didn't show up early in the morning when they were supposed to pick us up. I called them on WhatsApp and they didn't answer. They tried to contact them via Viator but they didn't answer them either. I wrote to them via WhatsApp and they didn't even know who was talking to them. They also didn't know I had a reservation with Viator. They just asked me if I had tickets. I said yes, and they told me it was late. All of this was at 4:50 in the morning. They were supposed to pick us up at 4:30. They also told me they didn't have any reservations with Viator, even though we had spoken with them via Viator. He was so brazen that he asked me to cancel the tour, knowing that if I did that I wouldn't get a refund. He never apologized, he just asked me to cancel. Later, he wrote to me again via Viator asking if I wanted to do the tour the next day. I didn't like the way they handled it and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we went through. Since we got up early, if he couldn't come, he could have let us know and we could organize our day, but they didn't even do that.

I don't recommend it. It is a tour to say that you visited Ankor Wat but without knowing its history. Too bad we missed the opportunity to know the importance of the site. The tour just looks to get through the sites as quickly as possible and you are left an hour in an expensive restaurant and horrible food just to get you money. It doesn't matter that you want to leave and not consume. I suggest asking that this stop last no more than 30 minutes because it is only a tourist scam site. The guide does not know enough English unfortunately to engage in this activity. Halfway through the tour you are forced to write a good review saying your salary depends on that and they even wanted to check my phone to make sure. I do not recommend it, I got carried away by the price and got what I paid unfortunately. The group was fine because it is off-season but the same guide told us that they can easily be groups of 20 people. Please look for a better tour, specializing in history and dedicated to teaching the richness of Cambodian history.

Angkor Wat did not disappoint. It truly is a national treasure and worth the hype. The tour guide Nuon was very knowledgeable with lots of insight about the history of his country. Enjoyed the day trip and met interesting people from all over the world. Keep hydrated.

The locations are fantastic! However booked this tour as maximum group size of 15, at the ticket office found that there was our minivan plus another small bus - total group size of 25. There was only 1 guide and he travelled on the other transport which meant we missed out on all information discussed whilst driving from site to site. Also a larger group than we would have liked to navigate busy temples - difficult to stay together
