Each pass allows a one-time entry to each selected park.

The ticket is valid only on the date selected during booking.

Children aged 3 to 12 years require a child ticket.

Children below 3 years enter for free with valid ID for verification.

Seniors aged 60 and above qualify for senior admission rates.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled.

Personal photography is allowed. However, using photos/videos for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Starting from 1 April, the operating hours of River Wonders will be revised as follows: River Wonders will be open from 9 AM to 6 PM (last entry at 5 PM); Giant Panda Exhibit from 9.30 AM to 6 PM; Amazonia Encounters from 9.30 AM to 6 PM; and Amazon River Quest from 10 AM to 6 PM (last entry at 5 PM).
