1.00Our booking was confirmed at 12pm SG time for this and when we reached the ticketing team asked for QR code but we never received QR code. So we had to contact customer support to request QR code and after they tried they couldn’t retrieve QR code. So we had to request cancellation and full refund while also purchasing new tickets on the counter. This whole experience was very stressful and negative for us.
