  Az was a great guide. He showed us the history and life in Singapore. He also accompanied us personally to the sights and has always known a lot about it. Wonderful, thank you very much.

  Great experience with our tour guide, even if it rained the whole day, we finished all the destinations as scheduled. The tour was both entertaining and informative. It was really fun👍🏼👍🏼.

• Way too long on your own in the Gardens

  There was confusion and mixup regarding the "tickets." Driver resolved it. I never expected to be turned loose in the Gardens for five hours. That was pretty much the whole tour. I suggest you carefully revise your write up to disclose exactly what you'll be doing.

  We had a great time on the tour. I highly recommend it to others.. The driver was very informative between our sites and he always picked us up in a timely manner. These highlights met our expectations for our short stay.

  Tour started two hours early due to rain. Tour guide was excellent. This tour would get a much better if it weren't raining. Half of whatever could do was closed off. However, this is a great tour of Singapore and it's best attractions and I would highly recommend this tour on a good day.

  Our driver was very unfriendly, hard to understand and put 0% into our experience. Would never recommend this tour with him. A huge disappointment.

  Our experience was both excellent and disappointing. The guide was knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. The places we visited were well worth seeing and exceeded our expectations. The Tour vehicle however was old, and one seatbelt did not work. It was difficult to hear the guide over the rattling of the vehicle.

  The guide was super nice, has responded to our wishes.It was very informative. He spoke very good German.Always gladly again with Tripadvisor.

  My wife and I have done over 20+ tours with Viator, this was by far the worst tour ever, not even a 1 star but 0 star if was available. I should have canceled after the tour operator failed to respond and i had to message multiple times to get a response. Second sign was received a Whatapps saying we would be picked up at 1:45pm vs 2:00pm (scheduled and confirmed time) and no one showed up till 1:55pm (10 minutes late). Van door open we got in and driver said nothing, I mean nothing, my wife and i figured ok we are going to pickup or meet the tour guide. After driving for 15 minutes, driver still not speaking we stopped and driver said see you in 45 minutes. Next 2 stops exactly the same, you have 15 minutes, you have 10 minutes. The next stopped we noticed we were entering the Garden of Bays parking lot, the tour details stated was a 2 hour stop, as we exited the van the driver said will see you at 8:10pm, this would be over a 4 hour stop as it wasn’t even 4:00pm yet. We received a text later that afternoon that he would now be picking us up at 8:30pm, we told him no 8:10pm as he promised. Again nothing was said on the drive back to the hotel, since entry tickets were provided we could have done this with a taxi for half the cost. Lastly the tour states “This city tour is designed to offer you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your own pace.” Not true, each drop off we were given a time limit with no flexibility to adjust, so not even a taxi service.
