1.00Awful instructions as the voucher said to show to ticket office and the ticket office said to call them and get what's app tickets. Not clear at all. We were fortunate that we were fit and could walk up in 8 mins instead of the recommended 20 !! You still have to queue to enter the Palace at time slot.

If you want to skip the entry line to the castle, go somewhere else

1.00False advertising. Even the operator admits it only skips the ticket office — which all online tickets already do. It doesn’t skip the long line to enter the castle. It’s a shame they charge DOUBLE for what is basically a regular online ticket.
Audio guide doesn’t work - even if you download it

3.00No need to buy the audio guide. Even the downloaded version didn’t work. This is my second audio guide disaster in Portugal and i will not book thru them. We toured ourselves and read what the descriptions were in the palace rooms.

4.00Sena castle is beautiful. The process 2 get tickets thru Viator was VERY poor. Had 2 call @ gate 4 tickets. Was emailed Voucher which is of absolutely NO better @ check in gate
