We were so disappointed in this tour. The description led us to believe that we would have a “tour” of the Chapel and the Museums. That was not the case! Once we arrived we were told that our tickets were just to get us in the museum but then we would have to wait in multiple entries to get in and that we would not see the Chapel because the lines were too long. In order for us to see the Chapel we “needed” to take a guided tour for another 100 euro. That would get us a skip the line guided tour of the museums, the chapel and the basilica. While the guide was good and knowledgeable he literally dropped us off in the foyer before the basilica entrance. There were no lines once we were inside, despite what we were led to believe. We could have done it ourselves once inside. The whispers from the museum were awful. They wouldn’t stay on or in. I would not recommend this company - but VIATOR is great - they should get rid of this company.

A little stress to find the meeting point despite the indications, but what a joy to have taken this option. Massimo was top and made us pass in front of everyone ....even those who had priority tickets. 2/3 hour time to enjoy the wonders inside the Vatican museums instead of waiting outside. I recommend

We had a problem with our taxi (unrelated to this service) on the way there and I thought we were going to miss our entry because of it. When I contacted them to inform them about it they were fast to respond, went above and beyond by helping us with translation with the taxi driver, and then still helped us get in, skipping the line as promised, despite being almost 30 minutes late to our meeting point!

This people charge an extra €50 for no line, for a super experience and guided tour. She had to pay at the Vatican extra for the guided tour, it was super hard to find them because the people at the entrance don’t take the PDF on your phone, you have to get the print paper from them, and we had to do the line for 30min

The ticket is worth euro 25 if booked ahead online…everything above that you are paying for convenience. Decide for yourself but to me it was a complete ripoff.
