4.00Great experience at the Sky Lagoon. Understanding the rules of engagement with the transfer was lacking. The pickup was late and the drop off did not return us to our pickup point. It only returned us to downtown and there was no information on how to return to port.

4.00The sky lagoon was great. The staff were very professional. I deleted one star because the transfers were not great. I had paid for pick up and drop off at my hotel. The driver would not take us back to our hotel and said he could take us to the bus stop. I got door to door transfers as I had an injured leg and could not walk from the bus stop all the way back to our hotel. As such, we paid $40 additional for a taxi back. That was very disappointing since we explained that I was unable to walk that far and had paid specifically for the hotel pick up because if this…
