5.00Rong and nabil were very encouraging and delightful. they made the experience less scary. I genuinely thought it was going to be such a scary experience but they helped us so much

2.00We went in a saturday Staff was really unpleasant and unkind which really damaged the whole experience. Made unappropriate comment about the size of one child that was smaller than the othet and therefore could not go in the activity because we did not have the passport despite minimum size ok.
