Enjoy deep relaxation unlike you have never experienced before. The sound of the gong calms the monkey mind, erases tension and leaves you feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated at all levels. Give yourself a break, come and take a pause that refreshes. We begin with tuning in, a short breathing meditation, gentle stretches followed by a 45 minute deep relaxation to the sound of the largest meditation gong collection in Asia. Suitable for all age groups, no experience necessary and beneficial to all. We finish with a transition of homemade yogi spiced tea.

5.00If you are jet lagged, arrived in Hong Kong and not sure where to go or you live here and want to have a superior experience around yoga and meditation then Red Doors is for you. It is is a remarkably beautiful, serene place, you can feel the exquisite grace of the place when you walk in. Martha Collard is an experienced practitioner.

5.00I did not know what to expect when I signed up for this session but was wonderfully surprised. The studio is very well thought out and immaculately clean and very calming. The session was very well paced with enough "talk" at the beginning to explain all but not TMI
