For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Children ages 2 years and up require a seat
Please select your pick-up hotel when booking. If you haven't decided on your pick-up location yet, you can update it later. However, please note that you must contact us to update your pick-up information or do so yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour. The company will not be responsible for any missed tours, and fees paid will not be refunded.
Zipline has weight/age restrictions (Not recommended for travelers with serious back or heart problems)

5.00Our trip with Carlito was fantastic. He was enthusiastic from the beginning and so welcoming to us. The trip itself was amazing, we visited the Las Vegas sign, hoover dam and the Grand Canyon. Carlito had so much knowledge to share and the journey was enjoyable listening to the history of the area, with the added comedy aspect and fun. We were pleasantly surprised to also learn about the towns we were driving through and the history of Nevada in general, rather than just the history of the stops we visited. At each stop we had the perfect balence between freedom to explore and a guided tour with commentary. We felt we had the perfect amount of time to see everything we wanted to without being rushed, but also not remaining there for too long either. We all bonded as a group due to Carlitos welcoming personality and shared many laughs throughout the trip which was lovely. Carlito was also a fantastic photographer for us to capture our memories! We would recommend this trip and Carlito as a guide to anybody visiting. Thank you Carlito! – Family of 4 from England

5.00Evan is a great tour guide. We learned a lot about the area on our way to the Grand Canyon. It was definitely a great experience. It was our first time but it most certainly won’t be our last.

5.00Carlito is amazing!!! With some of the experiences we have had, You need to promote him to train some of the others around here! Carlito embodies being a tour guide! Heavy on the guide, he treated us with the utmost respect while maintaining a consistent humorous disposition. He has very solid knowledge of history and culture, he has excellent rapport with the local business people he comes in contact with! An example is Him and Ms.Laura, who works at the dam as a ticket lady. Hospitality is another of his strong suits. He made sure we all stayed hydrated and he made sure at every point no person was left behind! Carlito kept us safe and made sure we had an AMAZING DAM TIME! You should promote him, give him a raise ...or BOTH, but whatever you do you need to make sure you do what is necessary to keep and create more people like him in your company!
