The Mekong Delta is the southernmost region of Vietnam. It is often referred to as the rice bowl of Vietnam as it produces three harvests per year. The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical fruits and flowers. The delta area marks the end of a 4,500km journey made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries. Mỹ Tho is one of the biggest cities in the Mekong Delta, dotted with serene Buddhist pagodas and surrounded by dense rivers. Many great destinations for visitors have been established by the local government and private companies, serving thousands of tourists every day. We recommend this tour for those who want to get an overview of the Mekong Delta for a few delightful hours.

5.00This tour did not disappoint. The Mekong Delta is 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh but definitely worth the trip. The Delta is amazing to see and you get a taste of local food and drink and many boat rides. It was one if the highlights of our Vietnam tour.

5.00Its a very long day, but if you are short on travel days, its the best way to experience a slice of life in the Mekong Delta and support the local community. Our guide shared alot of history and culture and we all enjoyed the jon boat ride in one of the canals after lunch

He has a brilliant way of explaining the complex history and background of the region, making it easy to understand and deeply engaging. 5.00Vinh communicated well about his arrival and how the day would proceed. He took the time to discuss alot of the local Vietnamese culture and history. We enjoyed all the stops - especially the honey house and we were glad to have an opportunity to support the Mekong Delta community. Wonderful for all ages!

5.00Visit a magnificent pagoda in the morning. 2 islands, with tasting of the, visit to a craft factory of products made from coconut, lunch on the island coconut, delicious. Boat ride in the small meanders around the island, bike ride. And of course a bigger boat to reach the islands. Very friendly and very nice. The guide (Viet) was great. We highly recommend.
