5.00We stayed in Almaty for 5 days, and the people were incredibly friendly and generous. It was a fantastic experience seeing the lakes and canyons in person. The views were breathtaking—it felt like something straight out of a picture. The timing of the day made it even more magical. While some fees were higher than expected, they seemed reasonable given that they help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of these beautiful destinations. At each location, we were able to enjoy the stunning scenery with relatively few tourists. However, when we visited Kaindy Lake, it was a bit crowded, and some tourists didn’t have the chance to fully appreciate the view or get a good photo. We booked a private tour, and our guide, Mr. Aldiyar, was amazing. He recommended local dishes we should try and was very considerate of our needs throughout the trip. We hope to have a chance to visit Almaty during spring season.

5.00We visited Almaty for four days, and it definitely wasn’t enough! I never imagined Kazakhstan would be this beautiful. The landscapes were breathtaking, and the experience was truly unforgettable. We were lucky to have Adil as our guide / driver - he was exceptional, accommodating, kind, well-informed, and always ready to help, which made our trip even more special.

From the stunning landscapes of Almaty and the Charyn Canyon to the serene beauty of Shimboulak mountains, Republic Square.. every day brought something new and breathtaking. The itinerary was well-planned, perfectly balancing sightseeing, cultural experiences, and relaxation. A special thank you goes to our tour guide, Nazarek who truly made the trip exceptional. Her deep knowledge of Kazakhstan’s history, culture, and traditions added so much depth to every stop. She was very friendly, patient and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and engaged. We especially appreciate her attention to detail, and ability to handle everything smoothly. We are going back with amazing memories, new friendships, and a much deeper appreciation for this beautiful country. Highly recommend this tour to anyone considering visiting Kazakhstan!

5.00It was fantastic experience. The guide Illyas took care of all of us with utmost sincerity and stood at each step and each moment. Making it memorable experience for all of us including my 75 years old mother for whom it was made very comfortable and easy . Rizwan and all other drivers were also very helpful

1.00We visited this place during our trip in Kazakhstan. The journey took about ten hours in total, and we could only stay for around two hours — mainly for a short rest, prayer, and lunch. While the surrounding views may have been appreciated by others, unfortunately, I personally didn’t find them as enjoyable as expected. Overall, it was a long trip for a brief visit.

5.00We had Adil as our guide in Kazakhstan (Sept 8–13) and he made our trip truly unforgettable! He speaks excellent English, is very resourceful, and even took amazing photos and videos for us. From city tours to Charyn Canyon, Kolsay Lake, Medeu & Shymbulak — and even freezing + hot tubs at Almarasan Gorge ❄️🔥 our trip to Kazakhstan was unforgettable thanks to Adil! 5.00What a wonderful experience we had in our Almaty tour. Covers almost everything in 9N& 10days. Lakes, Desert, planes, roler coster rides, cable car, chair cable, kok tobe, Arabath and finally Casino, Unforgettable memories. If you're shopping lover then you can explore green market for local clothes and dryfruits and other items. Our Tour Guide cum Friend Mr. Rameer made it very easy, smooth and comfortable for us. Indian Buffet in every lunch and dinner. We all enjoyed a lot. Thank you Almaty

5.00it was an excellent experience, lake is soo beautiful paddling boat on the lake cherishing natural beauty at its best, then riding horse, then charyn canyon is one of its kind experience which is second only to colorado usa.
