SMALL GROUP/ SHARED WINE TOUR. This is not your typical wine tour. We offer private access to ultra small production, family wineries, estates and vineyard properties typically not open to the general public. Shared group wine tour is a maximum of 6-7 guests. Taste limited release wines at all private property locations, walk the vineyards and tour barrel rooms often with the owners or winemakers themselves at their private vineyard homes. Perfect for couples or small groups! No crowded commercial wineries or tasting rooms. All seated private area tastings.

Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes it can be warm in the vineyards and cool in the barrel rooms.

5.00We were picked up at our hotel precisely on time to start our amazing adventure. Scott Bull curated our wine adventure with mainly bordeaux style reds as we requested and then suprised us with unique wines like a blush cabernet. Delicious! We visited three distinctly different locations - one with an amazingly beautiful vista, one with vineyards on a converted farm (yes there were goats!) and one in the heart of Happy Canyon blending love of wine making with love of horses. All of the tastings were special in their own way, the wines were fresh, crisp, robust, sublime, decadent. We returned to our hotel with a day we will all remember fondly. Thank you Sustainable Wine Tours for such a memorable day!

4.00Ok, just super special! All private locations not open to the public! Met wine makers and very intimate. Only 6 passengers in a beautiful Mercedes van. Scott took care of us all day, constantly filling our gifted water bottles and serving a beautiful picnic on real plates. Even made the effort to get special local cupcakes for Very special birthday celebration for my friend! Wow! professional and committed to his work/company. Joyful experience. Just go’

5.00We had the best day on our small group wine tour. Scott was an excellent host and clearly passionate about making sure we had a great experience. The vineyards we visited were welcoming, interesting, and beautiful. They shared so much knowledge and also personal stories behind the vineyards history, and importantly the wine was absolutely fantastic! Lunch was delicious, snacks and water provided all day long, we were so well looked after. The group we shared our day with were great. Thank you so much, it really exceeded all of our expectation’s!

5.00Best wine tour in Santa Barbara. My daughter and I enjoyed a beautiful day while tasting wonderful wines poured for us by the winemakers themselves. Their passion for winemaking and the stories behind these wines made the day incredibly special. Thanks to Scott who thought of every detail to make the day one we’ll never forget.

5.00We have been on several wine tours in the past in Europe, Virgina and California. This was one of the best. Scott, our guide/ driver was very knowledgeable about wine and picked 3 different wineries for us to visit. All 3 were not open to the general public, making us feel very special. We tasted great wines and learned a lot. It was a great day. We highly recommend this tour!!

5.00Fabulous wine tour with Karina - she picked us up right on time from our VRBO. We were with a small group of 5 . Karina was full of wine information on the varietals available and the history of the wine region. We had 3 stops at sustainable wine tastings that were all amazing! Lunch and snacks were all fresh and lovely! Highly recommend this tour!
