Snaefellsjokull National Park & Glacier
Having picked up all our passengers, we will drive out of Reykjavik in a northwesterly direction and head towards the magnificent Snæfellsjökull glacier, which sits atop an active stratovolcano of the same name; The summit is covered by brilliant perpetual snow that is visible from Reykjavík Bay, on days when good weather accompanies the island. This place, with all its splendor, served as the setting for Jules Verne's science fiction novel, "Journey to the Center of the Earth." The volcano is believed to harbor mystical powers and is considered by many to be one of the seven major energy centers on earth, so don't be surprised if you experience an unexplainable flow of spiritual energy while you're nearby. On the way there, countless lunar landscapes, waterfalls, lakes and rivers, rocky coasts and small fishing villages await us that capture the true essence and beauty of this spectacular island.
Ytri Tunga Beach
We will first visit Ytri Tunga, a beautiful beach that is home to a seal colony for much of the year (especially in the summer months).

5.00Our guide, Gonzalo, took us to know several of Iceland’s most emblematic places and explained clearly its traditions, history, culture and anecdotes. He speaks several languages, which makes everyone feel welcome. He looked after us at all times and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We recommend this tour 100%.

5.00It was the best trip of all I have ever made, we went to the west side of the peninsula island of Snaefellsnes, in the company of Oscar, (from the EastWest company) our guide, I can attest that the experience was incredible and Oscar treated us very well, excellent experience and the 100/100 guide very friendly and attentive

5.00Devin/Kevin/David made our tour amazing! Prompt pick up, amazing English, great playlist; he tailored our tour stops to ensure the best time (weather, lighting, bathroom stops). My boyfriend and I loved seeing the Icelandic Horses and the meal was amazing! We felt safe and secure, with amazing views and too many waterfalls to count! Devin even ended our tour with a goodnight Troll story🇮🇸 🏔️ 🐴

5.00We loved the tour! Beautiful landscapes, delicious food and cute horses. Carlos was our guide and we were delighted. He is very kind, explains everything very well and generates confidence to ask him all the questions you have. He gave us many tips and recommendations for the rest of our stay in Iceland. It is obvious that he likes what he does and is interested in ensuring that his clients have the best possible experience. I took two tours with EastWest and highly recommend them. The difference with the other companies that I hired during my stay in Iceland was very noticeable since they have much better service and several small details that made a lot of difference

5.00One of our favorite experience of our trip by far was the Snæfellsnes Peninsula tour with our guide Halldór! Everything was so stunning, and we felt like we got to explore so much in just one day, from seeing lava fields and glaciers, to exploring beautiful coastal areas and waterfalls. Our guide was so kind, knowledgeable, and allowed us to see so much without feeling rushed at all. The lunch was also delicious and in a breathtaking location! Even with strong winds at one point we felt very safe and in good hands. Highly, highly recommend!

5.00This was our first tour of the week and it was a FANTASTIC way to start out vacation. We had a small group of 10 and our guide was Monica. The weather was beautiful and Monica made the trip fun with comedy, music and knowledge. I loved the small feel of our group and the scenery was just amazing. Mountains, ocean, volcanoes, fields, waterfalls. It had it all!!!!
