5.00My partner and I had a wonderful time on this snorkeling tour! I was honestly nervous going in as a pretty average swimmer, but Khalil and Matthew were such fantastic hosts and guides... they made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The sea life we saw was absolutely beautiful, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect. The tour was about an hour long, which felt just right. This was easily a huge highlight of our entire trip. Don't hesitate, just book it!

5.00Nice experience. We went to see the reef 🪸, full of beautiful fish 🐠 🐟 and we even saw a ray. Ideal for beginners because shallow water. I recommend.

5.00We took the 1 hour snorkeling trip to the reef. This was a perfect amount of time for this senior snorkeler. The staff was very helpful and encouraging. I would have booked additional trips with them had I of discovered them earlier in my stay. I highly recommend this new company and look forward to booking with them again next year.

5.00OMG! It was awesome! The 2 guys taking us out were awesome. SO helpful getting my old body in and out of the boat! Great snorkeling with many colorful fish. I will do it again…and again! I’ve done many snorkel trips in Belize and this one was my favorite!

5.00My wife and I booked the one-hour snorkeling trip and it was the perfect choice, especially for anyone who isn't entirely comfortable in open ocean water. The boat takes you to the nearest section of the Belize Barrier Reef, where the water is only waist-deep. That made the whole experience relaxing rather than stressful, and we could just focus on enjoying what was in front of us. And there was plenty to enjoy. We saw beautiful schools of small tropical fish, including sergeant majors with their bold black stripes, yellowtail snappers, blue tangs, French angelfish, and foureye butterflyfish. The reef was full of color and life even in the shallow areas. Captain Matthew deserves special mention. He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the trip. He made sure we were comfortable and got the most out of our time on the water. If you're looking for a low-pressure introduction to snorkeling on one of the world's most famous reefs, this is the way to do it. Highly recommend Rise Up Expeditions.

5.00This was an amazing experience with lots of tropical fish ! I’m so happy I found these guys :) I probably saw at least 20 different kinds of fish. We also saw some spotted rays

5.00Great time! It is a short 5-minute ride to the near side of the barrier reef. CAPTAIN MATTHEW and KHALIL were incredibly friendly and helpful. Never any concerns with them, the boat, or the water activity. You are able to stand in the area where they take you, but you are there to snorkel for an hour. The water is warmer at the reef than it is nearer the shore. This is not an extravagant trip, but a great starter snorkel trip, or jjst to say that you snorkeled in Belize at the reef. No surcharges, strictly the price on the board. No suprise billing on return. My wife enjoyed it and we highly recommend it!

5.00Matthew was amazing! He went out of his way to help my mother (75) in and out of the boat and guide her around the reef. The service was fantastic and we really enjoyed the flexibility of the one hour tour just off the beach - it didn’t take up our entire day, which was fantastic!
