Join us for Bonaire's original Land & Sea snorkel combo tour, an unhurried and leisure experience with your own private guide.
While exploring the south of Bonaire in your private vehicle the narrative discusses the Cargill salt flats, the Salt Pier and the the historic slave huts, which date back to 1850.
Flamingos and Donkeys are frequently seen on this tour, discover some of our marine species as well during your guided snorkel.
The snorkel portion of the tour will be from the beach within our Bonaire Marine Park.
Your guide will take care to ensure that your safety comes first while snorkeling in our waters.
Snorkel sites are chosen based on your experience level and sea conditions on that day.
All snorkel equipment is included.
This tour can be customized upon request. Spend your day your way.
This tour will have a minimum of 2 persons, maximum of 12 persons.

Enjoy your visit to Bonaire with the most experienced local in-water guides. As local scuba professionals and with over 40 years of guiding in Bonaire, we will visit the snorkel sites suited to your experience levels. You will visit the South of Bonaire by vehicle, learn some of our island history, view some wildlife and visit the Cargill salt pans, historic slave huts and admire the beautiful azure waters of Bonaire's' south shores. The snorkel stop will be from the shore, no boat is required. The snorkel stop will have a duration of approximately 1 hour. A brief snorkel lesson will be provided if requested or required. All snorkel gear is included for each guest, including flotation devices. We take great care in assuring that your snorkel excursion is safe and memorable. Snorkel sites will be chosen based on the level of participant experience and local sea conditions on that day. If your group would like to customize the tour please let us know via email. *The minimum number of guests to book this tour is 2 persons. Should published start times not work for your group, reach out and we may be able to adjust the tour start time.

5.00I can’t recommend Brenda with H2O Visions Bonaire highly enough! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and truly personalized tour and snorkel/diving guide in Bonaire, she is the one to book. My husband and I chose the South Island Tour and Snorkel Combo, and it exceeded all expectations. Despite a bit of morning rain, Brenda made the entire experience fantastic. As we drove past the mangroves, salt pans, slave huts, and Sorobon Beach, she offered insightful explanations, island history, and thoughtful commentary that brought each stop to life. She quickly picked up on our interests and seamlessly tailored the tour to match them. When she learned that I collect rocks as travel mementos, she not only helped me find unique pieces but also explained their geological significance to Bonaire. She even showed us where to collect free salt crystals from the Cargill salt pans—something we would never have known to look for on our own. And then came the best part: snorkeling. This is where Brenda’s passion truly shines. My husband and I are relatively new to snorkeling, and she was incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging. She asked what we hoped to see and then walked us through everything—how to enter the water safely in rocky areas, how to check our equipment, and even corrected how I attached my snorkel and helped my husband with his snorkel shoes. At no point did we feel inexperienced or out of place. Brenda guided us through the water, pointing out different fish, coral, and sea life with a level of expertise and enthusiasm that made the experience unforgettable. Even though we’re beginners, it’s clear she would be an outstanding guide for advanced snorkelers and divers as well. I wholeheartedly recommend booking an excursion with Brenda. Her knowledge, passion, and genuine care for her guests make her an exceptional guide. If you’re lucky enough to secure her for your tour, you’re in for an incredible experience. Don’t pass her up!
Good way to see the island, but better tours are probably out there.

4.00The tour was a great way to see the island, but we hoped for a more interactive tour. We stayed in the van most of the time, but when we did ask to get out to take pictures, it was allowed. Good snorkeling off of the shore - saw some great fish and turtles, though our guide was older and could not hear us in the water since he had to take his hearing aids out. While we enjoyed the tour, I think there would probably be better ones out there.

5.00My wife and I run a small sightseeing boat charter business in Florida, and we love what we do, and we love to find people that love being tour guides in the places that we visit. H2O Visions Bonaire is that kind of tour business. Relaxed, eager to please by customizing your tour to your desires, like stopping to see donkeys and flamingos in the wild. Large comfortable modern van picked us up at the cruise port, and drove us all over the southern portion of the island, scoping out the best possible dive sites. Snorkeling on Tori’s Reef was great, walked right in the water from the roadside, visibility was amazing. Saw a moray eel, a sea turtle, dozens of varieties of fish, corals, urchins, etc. Touring the southern part of the island was educational and inspiring, made us both want to return to Bonaire. Highly recommended. We will be going back!

5.00Great experience with this tour. We were picked up right at the stairs by the boat, just beyond port security. Eddy gave us an excellent, thorough tour of the area, and was very accommodating for photo stops. Snorkeling was a bit of a challenge due to murky water and rough water in some areas, but he took amusement to an area that was perfect….very calm and easy to access. We appreciated this tour of a very small group, and would certainly not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

5.00Toured the south end of the island then got the chance to snorkel. Brenda took the time to get to know us and molded the tour to our interest. She also asked our level of snorkeling experience which was very minimal and picked the perfect spot on the island for us to go into the water. She was very knowledgeable on history of the island and its people. We would highly recommend this tour or any services Brenda offers. We will definitely be contacting her next time we are on the island!

5.00Wonderful driving tour to see most of the island, with incredible snorkeling in beautiful water. Brenda was our driver/guide and provided detailed knowledge along the way, and took us to the non-cruise ship snorkeling area that was A+ with the best water conditions at that specific time of day. She catered the tour to what we wanted to see, since it is private, and was very accommodating to the nine of us. We have snorkeled numerous times in the Caribbean and all over the world and it was one of the top locations to see the most number of tropical fish in one area. Highly recommend!

5.00Or guide Brenda was fantastic. She met us right by our cruise ship for pickup. We were in a nice small van with plenty of space and air conditioning. She took our group of 6 total to all the sites on the south loop and had good information about the island. It was a good pace too. We stopped for the salt flats, flamingos and donkey sightings in the wild, slave huts, and finally snorkeling. Brenda is also a scuba instructor so she was very thorough and safe. She brought all the gear you’d need and swam with us. You might bring a sun shirt if it’s a sunny day. She also has good tips for what to do with the rest of our day in Bonaire. Definitely recommend!
