Our guide (Diana) was awesome! Very knowledgeable & passionate about shining the light on some largely forgotten chapters of Houston's history. My wife, our two teenagers and I thoroughly enjoyed the two hours we spent following Diana through some of the underground tunnels that connect various skyscrapers in Houston's Central Business District while we were visiting Houston and Galveston on a mini-vacation of sorts in August 2025. Highly recommended, especially during the Dog Days of Summer as probably 95% of our time on the tour was spent underground in luxurious air conditioning that constituted a sharp contrast to the sweltering heat on the city streets above us.

Ok experience. Pretty pricey for what you see. But checked off bucket list. Maybe a good experience for little ones

The whole operation is run by poorly trained teenagers. You’re on your own to figure out that there is a map of the venue and a schedule of events. Be quick when perusing the scrolling screen of event times, it moves on quickly. You might want to take a screen shot of each slide. The Astronaut Training Facility Tour was narrated by a young lady that mumbled loudly and incoherently into the microphone (zero stars).

I love it. It was such a great experience. NASA’s brand is high and what they do is remarkable for human kind. Must visit if you’re into aeronautics and science.

Go early to reserve a tram ticket for the astronaut training tour and check the time schedule for shows and talks
