They should know not to come. I have seen your center become more of a joke over decades now of being open. There is nothing you offer the public to justify the ticket price or staying for more than a few minutes, literally. The majority of your guests have no idea where the actual museum is because you keep it hidden behind your f***d up "starship gallery". Your exhibit floor is empty because you are failing. I tried in good faith to purchase a tram tour, not mission control, just a plain vanilla tram of the JSC campus, and was kicked out of line in front of other guests just as confused as I was. Your staff is rude with a chip on their shoulder, and you are an embarrassment to the public, to the international visitors who just want to learn something about our space program and you let them all down. I couldn't even walk in the gift shop without being yelled at by some disheveled kid, whose only purpose appeared to be to stand there and yell at people. I wasted my money, and all of you should be ashamed. I was scouting for a planned school field trip, for hundreds of students, but we're not coming now. Plans to make this a destination every semester for our department, scrapped, because you cannot get your act together and run a place that is not a wasteful joke, in spite of all you have to work with, but what? Oh I guess you have a Tom Hanks IMAX, and that makes up for your otherwise worthless destination. You cannot even market and advertise yourself because everyone is know thinks you are some kiddie trap like Discovery Zone, and Im not about to correct them, because you are less than that. I am particularly incensed that you cannot honor astronauts lost in the space program, like that is beneath you. Your little pity party moment in the gallery film for the Challenger explosion is insufficient, as you do not acknowledge the real people lost, or note the Columbia or Apollo 1...you. just. Are. A. Waste. Of. Space ..literally

You can use the ticket for up to one year. Our flight was canceled and we had to change our date. Space Center said no problem. We have one year to use the prepaid ticket.

The souvenir shop is too expensive. but the exhibits was very nice. And downloading the photos was way too expensive to purchase $45 for a combo pack $35 for one picture it's absolutely insane

We LOVED this place! Very easy to get to. We spent about 6 hours here. We got there right at 10 am when they opened. One thing we we were disappointed in was that an activity we really wanted to do was sold out already (at opening!) and you can’t purchase it until you get there on site. No online booking. So we did the Space Center training tour. We did enjoy that a lot! We were there on a Sunday so we didn’t get to see any astronauts as they don’t train on the weekends. The train Monday- Friday. So definitely go on a weekday and do the training tour!!! Food at the food court was good. You go to the digital kiosks and order your food. We waited probably 10 min for our food. I had beef bbq brisket with potato salad and creamed corn. It was so delicious. It was quite expensive though for three of us to have lunch. It cost around $60. The gift shop has a lot of stuff as well as the space center store but make sure to bring a lot of money because the sweatshirt a loan or $50 apiece We love all the displays in the space center. We learned a lot of stuff in the movies and videos that we saw throughout the place were really good and really well done.
