After you've booked your Roundtrip Transfer with us, your reservation is made in our system and a driver will be notified to pick you up and transport you to your hotel or accommodation. On the day of your arrival he will be on the airport beforehand awaiting your airline to land. After you clear customs and immigration and collect your luggage exit the white sliding door to get on the outside and take your immediate right. Look out for the grey booth/desk labeled "SLASPA" at the bottom of the booth. Give the your name or QR Code and they will call your driver from the car park area. He will then come over, meet and greet you and assist you with your luggage. Your journey then begins after your luggage and everyone is on board. Your driver will point out key communities and places of interest during your drive to your hotel and should you desire, make a brief stop and take a quick photo. Be sure to utilize his wealth of knowledge to answer any lingering questions you may have about the island. After arriving at your hotel, he will then assist you once again with your luggage, ensure nothing is left behind and then make his departure.

5.00We were renting an apartment in Soufriere and our host recommended this company. We used them several times, both for airport transfers and more local trips. The cars were modern and clean. The drivers safe, reliable and courteous. We couldn’t ask for more.

5.00Arrival was disappointing. Guy at desk stated the office would find a driver, and didn’t know how long that would take. The reality was the driver was there and we were away in minutes. Comfortable ride to Castries, taking exactly an hour. So much better than the mini bus provided by the resort. Driver told us loads about the island, the people, the economy and history.

5.00Great taxi service from Castries airport to Sugar Beach Hotel - punctual at pick up and return even at 6.15am on a Sunday morning ! Both Jordan and Dillon were pleasant / polite - highly recommended if you need a taxi service etc in St Lucia.

5.00I am so glad we booked this before our trip to St. Lucia! Both of our drivers (Terrick and Shem) were fantastic. They answered our questions, gave us tips on the island and made special quick stops for us. Communication was fantastic! And after seeing the roads in St Lucia - it was a huge peace of mind to be driven to our hotel and just take in the amazing views!
