• Not bad, but a little underwhelming.

  It was fine, but didn't live up to the hype. The other reviews talk about amazing snorkeling spots, visiting the Pitons, stops at waterfalls and mud baths, getting lunch provided, and getting to power snorkel with underwater scooters. We didn't experience any of that. We didn't go far enough down the West coast to see the Pitons, no stops to visit the waterfall or mud baths, and wasn't offered any power snorkeling. All we did was go to Marigot Bay for 2 minutes, went to a subpar snorkeling spot for about 30 minutes, then went back to the Marina where we started. The snorkeling spot was pretty boring with not much wildlife or coral in the area. There are a lot of other better spots on the island so not sure why we stopped at this specific spot. A lot of those reviews that mention all this other fun stuff are from a few years ago so maybe they removed those better packages and now offer a cheaper, shorter package? Not sure. Driving the boat was fun, but that seemed to be the bulk of the experience. I feel as if our money would've been better spent renting snorkeling gear and going somewhere on our own.

• Do the power snorkeling!

  We did the drive your own boat and power snorkeling with this crew and it was a blast!!! We got great time on the water, enjoyed the privacy of our boat while having plenty of people around for direction and help, and the power snorkeling was ahhh-mazing. So much better than regular snorkeling. We had Tammy and Dillion and they were great!

  This was by far the highlight of our trip. It was a pleasant surprise that I got to drive a speedboat just me and my wife around the coast of the island. We saw amazing views and the weather was perfect. It was great quality time as it was just me and my wife following our guides and then were able to snorkel and see some cool stuff in the ocean. I recommend this excursion to everyone mainly because driving the boat was very fun and you get to drive it for awhile.

  Laughing all the way, my husband and I took turns between the two of us to skipper our own little boat from Rodney Bay, to Marigot Bay with a snorkelling stop in between. Silas and Nex were brilliant at leading us in single file, (three boats, six people in all) and explained about the fish and the underwater plants when we went snorkelling.   Excellent experience. Boats are great to drive when you get the hang of it and snorkelling spot is lovely. Would recommend and a great way to see the West coast of the island.

  Driving the boat myself. I’ve never driven a boat before and it was a lot of fun. The island is beautiful and full of rich history and the guides were very knowledgeable. The water was the perfect temperature and even though I came at the tail-end of rainy season, I got to see fish swim and the floor of the sea.

  Dillon and Dan did a terrific job with the excursion. We were there during the Covid-19 crisis, so it was just us and one other boat. The mud bath and waterfall were completely empty of other tourist. The lunch provided on the beach with views of the Pitons was very good (slaw, vegetables, rice, noodles, chicken drumsticks, fried fish, and dessert). The snorkeling with the seascooters were very easy to drive. Made snorkeling effortless. I highly recommend this excursion for anyone that prefers to avoid the crowded, rum punch, dance party boat tours.

  This trip was really worth it. We went down the west coast as far as the Pitons (round trip about 50km) in our boat with 4 other boats and went ashore there. Then to the sulphur springs, to the waterfall and then there was a lunch by the water overlooking the Gros Piton. On the way back there was a snorkel stop. We really liked it!

  Chose this excursion because we are boaters and thought it would be a great way to see the sights of St. Lucia. As it turned out, there were no other participants today, and we had a private tour with the very engaging Captain Willie and Jay. We visited the mud baths, rain forest waterfall, the Pitons and had a very tasty, local flavor lunch at a waterfront cafe. We learned so much from him—the history, the plants and island life. We weren’t interested in snorkeling, so Captain Willie showed us more of the beautiful, wild scenery of the St. Lucian coast before returning us right to the beach (an exciting surf side dismount that received applause from the lunch crowd!) of our resort, saving us the long bus ride back from the marina. Great day on the water—be prepared to catch a little sea spray—always felt safe with Captain Willie leading the way and a different way to experience this gorgeous island!
