  We did a sunset party cruise. Absolutely beautiful night! The reason for low score was the music. It was extremely loud the entire cruise. Hard to talk to anyone. There were about 80?? On our cruise & I bet 75% were not thrilled with the choice of music or volume. Yes, a party cruise - but they need to read their audience.

  Do not get fooled, this is not romantic at all… they shove 15 couples, 30 people on this boat…. Not seating for thirty so go ahead and sit on our hard roof for 3 hours…. What a joke.DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ISLAND ROUTES. There are plenty of excursions to book. Island routes is a constant bait and switch. Every excursion I have ever booked through island routes has been a disappointment. I have tried for 2 straight years and been unhappy every time

  Not a good experience at all.... when you watch the little video of what to expect and pictures on the brochure of what to expect, you see a romantic cruise. You expext a few other couples but 14 other couples 30 people???? Not enough seating for all so please sir sit up on the roof..... the hard roof for 3 hours... my hips were killing me the next morning, it was raining so no real sunset. Finger foods were good but way to many people booked... so 250 a couple times 15 couples 3750 dollars a ride. Seems like alot for what you get.... book with any other company and you will get a better experience and a better deal. DO NOT BOOK WITH ISLAND ROOTS

  The sunset tour was absolutely stunning. The crew were fabulous, so funny and kind. Food provided was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

  Total waste and poor customer service. Didn’t pick us up because of mixup with 3 different scheduled times, driver/local operator never reached out to us to tell that driver is in lobby or who it was while we were waiting in the lobby. Driver told hotel staff he didn’t have a number just my first name and how many people to pick up. Literally waiting in lobby while driver walks around us without knowing he’s there for us. Only way we figured something went wrong is when the tour time came and the lobby had cleared out then security asked who we were and driver had just left. Called local number and was told that driver won’t come back since he’s already gone. Didn’t want to refund our money

• Boat Cruise around Rodney Bay

  This cruise is advertised to leave from Castries but instead left from Rodney Bay Marina. It also advertises pickup but despite attempting to call and chat with the tour operator the only feedback I received was we don’t pick up at this location so please arrive at the marina at 4:30 pm. The cruise was also advertised from 5 pm to 8 pm but luckily they responded that we should show up at the marina at 4:30 as it left by 4:45 pm. While the sunset was not great that evening, they just motored the boat around close to the marina and Pigeon Island but never used any of the sails. Food was fine and drinks were great.

  We had a lovely slow cruise down the coast. Having a small amount of couples onboard made it even better! The crew made sure everyone had something to drink whenever they wanted it (alcoholic and non), and then served up delicious hors d'voeuvres. At sunset, the crew helped everyone take pictures to commemorate the trip.

  My wife and I went on this sunset cruise during our honeymoon in St Lucia. The bus picked us up right from Sandals Grande and took us to the marina (10 minutes). The boat was great but the staff was even better. They never let anyone’s beverage stay empty, they served tasty appetizers, and volunteered to take pictures of everyone. We had a cloudy day so the sunset was not too impressive, but the experience was still surely one we won’t forget.

  Fun evening cruise - good snacks, drinks, music. Great captain. Lovely views of island and resorts. Great crew. Memorable.

  The boat is clean and comfortable, the crew was kind and very attentive and the food/beverages were very good. Top notch all around would highly recommend as a strong alternative to the other cruises that pack you in with a ton of other people.
