  Drivers were very prompt and friendly. Cars were clean, had AC. We started later than planned due to one bag being delayed and having to file a claim. One of the hotel agents found us to let us know where to go after filing a claim. Unfortunately it was dark during our ride to the hotel. We were given 1 water each and I was pretty disappointed that beer was not offered, since I read that it was in previous reviews. I would say that was the only downside.

  We used Hilary Transfers for our recent trip to St. Lucia and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The driver was polite, prompt and gave us so much information about the island and St. Lucian culture. The return trip was equally as wonderful. Thank you so much!!

  This is the best option for getting from the UVF airport to any of the resorts (we stayed at Royalton, about 90 minutes away). Hilary was prompt in picking us up, had a very comfortable air conditioned van with plenty of trunk space for bags. Hilary chatted with us the entire drive and told us interesting things about St Lucia. He was so friendly and made the drive so enjoyable! On the way back to the airport, Hilary picked us up on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. He even stopped at a lookout spot and took pictures for us. Overall book your transportation with this company. You will not regret it! It made our start and end to the trip wonderful!

  The private drive to the Royalton hotel was perfect! Hilary (the owner of the company) was so kind and he told us about the island as we made our way to the hotel. This is the best way to get from the airport to your hotel.

  Hillary provided my mother and I transfer service from the airport to our hotel. He offers the perfect combination of professionalism with hospitality and generosity of the island’s history. His communication prior to our arrival and his excellent customer service from start to finish made our long drive to Rodney Bay a great start to begin our holiday!

  We relied on Hilary to take us to Rodney Bay and back to Hewanorra Airport when our trip ended. My husband and I are grateful for his kindness and knowledge of the Island. Hilary is engaging and easy to talk to, and we enjoyed being able to see the scenery rather than trying to navigate some difficult roads while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality Hilary!! We will definitely look for you on our next visit to St. Lucia!

  Hillary, or one of his excellent staff members (who are often relatives :) have met us, upon arrival, each time we land in St Lucia. They not only provide a warm welcome but have given us helpful insights, suggestions for places to see and stay and generally entertained and took great care of us! We usually end up going to the other end of the island so this is a long (2hr sometimes longer) drive. He somehow makes it enjoyable! He is one of the reasons we go back to St Lucia each year - it is like visiting a friend! A warm and welcoming friend with a ton of local knowledge and connections.

  Hilary was an excellent driver and arrived timely for each of our trips. Not only was he friendly, he gave us information about the island, such as restaurants and other things to explore. We will use his car service again the next time we visit!

  I selected Hilary's transfer service after reading many positive reviews online. His service did not disappoint. He was patiently waiting for us when we cleared customs and had a spacious van with AC to take us to the Royalton. Initially we booked a one-way transfer to our resort, but after realizing how early the general shuttle pickup would be we booked another private transfer back to the airport 24 hrs before our departure and Hilary and his team came thru without worry or delay. Definitely recommend a private shuttle when travelling to St Lucia

  I booked this transport to take us up to our hotel in Castries. It was super easy and convenient. They have a kiosk right outside the airport doors. They had water and a car waiting. A little over an hour later we were there! On our way back to the airport Hilary was our driver and he told us our driver from the airport to the hotel was his wife! This is a family business so I’m happy to support them. We will definitely use them again for our next time to St Lucia.
